Whywhywhywhywhywhywhywhywhywhywhywhy. If I'm mute i can't keep my promise to kaede and her death was for nothing!

I looked over at kokichi. His happy, care free, childish,chaotic,annoying,funny personality and aura is gone. He's just watching everyone tear themself apart. Usually he would of come up with a cocky remark but he's extremely quiet and now lacts a sence of presence.

Gonta looks depressed which is not good. Angie hasnt said the word Atua yet. Everyone seems as they lost something important. But i dont really think so.

"Sidekick",kaito said walked up to me.
He pressed my shoulders and shaked me a bit.

"Are you okay? You havent said a word",did he not hear monokuma.

"He's mute kaito",maki said walking over.

"Oh god shuichi",kaito said with a worried expression.

"I can't swear or anything! Not a word comes out when i try too! And that brat kokichi hasn't said a thing! You sure he ain't mute",miu screamed.

"You are correct ,i too cannot say a word. And kokichi has been quite quiet which is shocking. Are you sure both kokichi and shuichi are mute?",kiibo said.

"So is kokichi mute",they all questioned.

I looked over to kokichi who seemed spaced out. I walked over to him.
I tapped his shoulders and pointed to the others.

He looked at me with a blank dull expression with dull lifeless eyes.

He got up and went to the others.
"Im not mute ,i just dont have reason to talk.",he said.

"Oh my God! He's not telling any lies,he's not being annoying he hasnt said anything rude either! What is this? Where's the real kokichi you lil phony!?",miu said.

"No,im the real kokichi"...he took of his scarf . Revealing his bear neck. He took a small bottle of panta out of the checkered scarf.

"See? I have my secret panta now can i just have breakfast and leave?",he asked.

"Sure,Whatever",miu said.

Kokichi walked up to me,"Paper and pen",he said.

I gave them to him and he walked to kirumi.

He wrote something down and showed it to her.

"Can we have breakfast plz",she whispered.

"Ah yes! Right away",she said running to into the kitchen.

Kokichi went to the table and sat down.
He still hasn't put his scarf back on...

I walked over to him and sat down.
I took the notebook on the table and wrote something down.

'You forgot to put your scarf back on'

"Oh thanks",he said.

I wrote down something else.

'Do you feel anything?'

"No actaully...i can't feel anything,but it hurts even more inside",while saying that kokichi showed no signs of sadness or any emotion.

I pulled kokichi into a hug and he hugged me back.
He then pulled away.

"Thank-you shuichi",he said.

I smiled and went back to looking around.

"Breakfast is ready!",kirumi said coming into the kitchen.

As kirumi brought over our food i wrote something.

"Here you go",she said resting the plates on the table.

'Thank-you kirumi!'

"No problem!",she then went back to serving everyones food.

I picked on my food then turned to kokichi. He was just eating quietly.
I like to see him quiet but this is just heart breaking. I turned back and continued eating my food.

Time skip.

Kokichi's pov.

Where's the library again? Ill ask someone. I kept walking until i saw Gonta. I walked behind and tapped his shoulder. He turned around. He wasnt as cheerful as usual and it broke my heart to someone as kind and cheerful like this. Fuck you monokuma.

"Do you know where the library is?",i asked. "Gonta remember library being down the hallway and the side over there",he pointed.

"Thank-you gonta cheer up soon k.",i left before he responded.

I opened the library door. I walked around and picked 2 books.
I sat down and began to quietly read the book.

After an hour or so i heard the door open. I decided to just keep my head down. Teasing someone in this state would be pointless.

"What are you doing",the cold voice sounded like maki.
"Im reading please leave me alone.".

She hissed and went to get a book.
She got a book and sat down infront of me.

As i was reading the book a read something that seemed quite intriguing. 'Not everyone is bad,people just need a chance to change! Starting over my may help...Leave everything you've ever done behind you and be a better person. Peoples perspective of you could change!' .

Huh...ive never thought of that..
No! I must keep of my act! I cant let anyone see me weak or they'll take advantage of me! But its useless right now. I cant show any emotion so theres no point.

"Shuichi!!" "OH MY GOD!!" "AAAGGGH",i heard screams. Me and maki shot up and ran to the source.

"A body has been discovered!",the announce ment went off.
