"Blakeeeeeeee, didn't I tell you that one looks fineee" the blonde boy groaned.

"Oh cmon Sun, I have to give a good first impression y'know" the raven-haired girl replied, looking through her closet for what felt like the hundredth time.

"It's just a party, no need to make such a fuss about it." Sun said, rolling on the bed. "Besides, it's not like you're meeting someone special or anything."

"Not like I want to meet that girl again..." Blake mumbled under her breath.

The events from earlier played through her mind. Meeting, well more like crashing, into that tall, blonde woman wasn't all that bad. She had beautiful lilac eyes and her glowing gold hair amazed the faunus. She, herself, was suprised her blush was suppressed.

And she did have to give back the jacket that was lent. Although she knew that the blonde gave it to her, she still wanted to give it back, hoping that any "progress" could be made between them.

"Huh?" Sun asked not hearing what Blake said.

"Nothing" the raven-haired girl sighed. "Remind me again, who's the party for?"

"Oh yeah! My friend planned a party for her little sister's one-year anniversary, and she told me to invite more friends over. So I'm inviting you and Nep" the blonde boy said, slightly jumping on the bed.

Blake hummed from understandment, still looking through her closet.

For what felt like hours, she finally decided on what to wear. A sleeveless, v-neck dress, fading from black to violet. It went down to her knee, a cut going up her right upper thigh.

"This will do." she said, hanging it up.

"Finally! I should get going since someone held me up just to help them pick a dress." Sun said, jumping up then heading to the exit.

Blake rolled her eyes. They said their goodbyes, leaving the raven-haired girl alone as always.

'Guess I'll read again.' she thought, grabbing a book and flopping onto the couch. She felt excited about tonight's event, a part of her still hoping to meet that shining blonde once again.

Yang sat on a chair, finally done organizing the preparations for the party which went faster than anticipated. She sighed. The blonde rested her head backwards, her mind drifting to that one girl she couldn't forget even if she tried to.

She mentally facepalmed at the thought that she didn't even get her name. Of all the things! Of all the god damn things, she'd forgotten to ask the one thing that would make it easier to find that raven-haired girl again. She didn't even try to. She was so mesmerized by her beauty she felt speechless. Yang cursed herself when she grabbed her scroll and gave Ruby a call.

"Hey Yang! How's it hangin'?" the brunette answered cheerfully.

"From the roof." the blonde joked.

Ruby groaned at the terrible joke.

"Ready for tonight?" Yang asked.

"Yup!" her sister replied. "Weiss and I are getting ready."

"Awww, lovey birds." the blonde teased.

"N-Need any help with stuff or?" the brunette stuttered. Yang could sense the girl's face heating up.

"Nah. Just waiting for everyone to arrive now." she said, standing up from the chair.

"Alright then-" Ruby said, getting interrupted by a familiar scream calling her name. "Coming Snowflake! Yang, I gotta go. See you tonight!"

The call ended, without Yang being able to reply back. She slid her scroll into her back pocket and headed to the front of the club.

'Now the wait.'  she thought. She felt enthusiastic about the event she had planned all day, her mind still hoping to meet that raven-haired faunus she crashed into this morning once again.

~~~~~~~
The sun was starting to set. Everyone was gathered inside the club, some people still arriving, others already getting drunk. Upbeat music played on the background.
"Uncle Qrow! It's already your 4th shot and we just started!" Yang yelled at the drunk man slumping against the bar counter.
He groaned and raised his glass to ask for another.
"Isn't this a party? Relax, Firecracker." Qrow said, getting his glass back and taking another sip.
The blonde glared at him then turned her head to her friends. Ruby and Weiss were laughing and chatting with Jaune and Pyrrha, catching up on the trip the Arkos couple went on. Beside them were Ren and Nora, snuggling but listening in to their talk.
'Where's monkey boy? Didn't he say he was gonna be here on time?'  Yang thought looking around.
As if on cue, Sun and his friends step inside Junior's club. She noticed them and rushed over. As she jogged towards the entrance, she could distinguish three people that entered. Although one was hiding behind the other two.
"Yo! Monkey boy!" Yang shouted.
"Little Dragon!" Sun replied. "Told ya, I would be here on time."
"Sure did." the blonde looked at the blue-haired boy. "So, who ya got here?"
"This is Neptune, my boyfriend," Sun said pointing at him. Neptune waved at her. "and this is-"
He stepped aside, revealing a familiar raven-haired girl. Yang felt like time stopped. Her heart suddenly beating like crazy. The sounds around her became a blur. Her face turned full of shock and awe, being mirrored by the girl infront of her.
"-Blake!"
... the one girl, who she desperately hoped for, to meet once again.
