Blake stared at the breathtaking girl in front of her. She was in tight black pants and a white buttoned-up shirt that had few top buttons undone, which was hard not to glance at. The outfit was simple itself but the energy it gave on her was more than beautiful. Her golden locks were pick up into a high ponytail making her lilac eyes sparkle under the party lights.
Yang stared back, her mouth slightly open. The girl, now called Blake, was graceful enough the time they bumped into each other but now she was in a dress. Moreover, a v-neck dress making it twice as difficult to get her gaze far away from her. Her hair was made into a messy bun, revealing more of her face.
Sun waved his hand between them, trying to get the two girls' attention back. They snapped back to reality, blushing a deep crimson at what they were doing.
Yang spoke up first. Extending her hand, she flashed a smile, "Yang, Yang Xiao Long. Good to see you again."
Blake took her hand, noticing that it was warm, very warm. "Blake Belladonna. Didn't expect to see you here."
"Wait, you two know each other?" Sun asked curiously, looking back and forth between the faunus and the brawler.
"Well I wouldn't say know each other but more like met once, I guess." Yang smiled sheepily, rubbing the back of her neck.
"Yeah, she just crashed into me. No big deal." Blake joked.
"Hey! I told you I was sorry about that and still am!" Yang waved her hands around, her cheeks tinting a pink color. Truth was, she felt happy that she crashed into her. Never before had she met someone as beautiful as Blake, nor actually get to talk to them again. Although she did ruin the girl's white coat.
They laughed at her panicked state. The brawler felt that pounding effect in her heart again when she noticed Blake's soft giggles. She kept feeling like this since she saw the faunus enter the club but decided to ignore it, not wanting to have weird thoughts about the girl she barely met.
Sun felt his sleeve being tugged by someone. Looking at who it was, Neptune was nudging him to go meet some of his friends.
"Alright guys, I'll leave you both to get to actually know each other. Have fun!" the blonde boy said before running off with his boyfriend.
"I don't get him sometimes." Blake sighed making the brawler chuckle.
"Care for a drink?" Yang said, smirking mischievously.
"Sure" the raven-haired girl replied. To her suprise, the blonde had grabbed her hand softly, reminding her of the warm touch it had. Blake felt a tingling feeling in her chest but chose to ignore it, not wanting to tell herself that she fell for the girl she just met that exact day.
They headed towards the bar area, passing through the crowd that surrounded the dance floor. Blake took a seat on one of the empty stools as Yang went to make their drinks. Once she was done, she came back with two fancy drinks, sliding a purple-colored one to the faunus.
"So Yang, you work here?" Blake asked. She took a sip of her glass which was rather sweet. 'Probably wine,' she thought.
"Yup, I volunteered after the disaster that I made. Long story short, I sorta lost my temper and ended up almost blowing this place up." Yang explained then sat on the stool next to Blake.
The raven-haired girl choked on her beverage, looking at Yang with disbelief. "Wait... Are you the raging Goldilocks that was all over the news a couple of months ago?"
"The one and only." the blonde smiled proudly then bursted into laughter at the memory of her sister nearly passing out when she heard what happened. "Hey! They started it! Wasn't my fault that they wanted to duel me out of all people and kept getting cocky while doing so." She scoffed, crossing her arms then started laughing again. The faunus joining in this time.
