*•. Inspired by my own curious mind~ {you think of weird stuff dude, AHAHAA}.•*

You sat on your bed, with your laptop, in your bedroom. It was a boring Friday, you had nothing planned, so the internet was best at killing boredom. You just finished reading a fanfiction of your favorite anime character and the kissing scene was stuck in your head. You've never kissed anyone before. Like, ever. So it was hard to imagine how it actually felt like to kiss someone you loved. Speaking of loved, you haven't really felt that either. You've had your handful of crushes over the years but never have you considered it love.

The closest you've ever gotten to loving someone was your friend named Francis Bonnefoy. Francis is a very, very handsome guy from France with glamorous blond hair and a captivating smile. He's been you're close friend since you started junior high. You both hangout and talk basically everyday so you're knowledge of each other's likes and dislikes was very plentiful. Of course you have a crush on the guy, since he's still important in your day-to-day life, so you haven't dismissed your feelings as just a one-time-thing. Of course you would like to know if he was feeling the same way--so you could get over him if he doesn't like you--but you'd feel weird asking. He might think of it as a confession and distance himself from you. You don't want that so you'll just try and figure these feeling out yourself.

As you thought about the whole kissing thing you decided to google something. Out of pure curiosity, you searched "how to kiss". Oh how many results you got for that on Google. There were videos, picture instructions, written directions, any way that you could learn it was there. You suddenly felt awkward for Googling such a weird thing topic and started to blush. "Stop feeling weird," you command yourself, "billions of other people must have Googled it before. It's perfectly normal." As you scrolled down the first page of your googled topic, you clicked on Rookie>> The Complete Guide To Kissing ( http://www.rookiemag.com/2013/04/kissing-complete-guide/ ). It sounded helpful. Like, you were a rookie at this thing so it fit you pretty well. Taking a breath you took notice of the giant pink picture of people kissing, either on the cheeks or on the lips, and you look away awkwardly. "Hehe, what am I doing with my life..." You ask yourself as you look back at the screen. You scroll down to where the paragraphs of text appear and you start to read:

Well, it's happened. You've found someone you like. Someone you have a crush on. This is HUGE. OK this happens all the time

You nodded and thought of Francis as you read. "I relate to this!" you whispered as you continued.

--but this time it's different: this time, this person you've been secretly obsessing over forever and who is so cute and sweet and nice and funny and smells good and is UGH SO PERFECT...this person LIKES YOU TOO.

You slouch and hum, "w-well I haven't gotten that far yet, but alright." After about ten or five minutes you got to the last page and the final paragraph.

My point is that there's no "right" way to kiss. There's only what you like, and what your kissing partner likes, and whether and how you two match up. Wait until you're really and truly ready, and then--and not a moment sooner--get out there and practice. ♦

The last five words got to you. Get out there and practice. How were you supposed to do that? You had no boyfriend or girlfriend to do such a thing with so the whole idea of practice sounded impossible. "How can I even practice that?" you ask yourself as you leaned back in your chair. After contemplating for a while your head started to hurt from over thinking so you closed your laptop. Getting up from your seat you walk over to your closet and pick out something warm to wear, since it is pretty cold out today.

After you finished changing you went over to your kitchen and grabbed a wine bottle from the cabinet. Looking at the year, you hummed, "1939, this will taste pretty good." You put down the bottle on the kitchen table then put it in a brown wine bottle bag. After you put on your jacket and put your keys and phone in your pocket, you took the bag of wine and headed towards the door. you exit your apartment and lock the door behind you. Walking to your car, wine in hand, you think, "I'll go visit Francis. I need to get my mind off of the whole kissing thing." You hop into your car, start the engine, and drive to Francis's apartment.
