4 (annyeongz special! yujin pov)

yujin and minju walked to school together all the time, but today felt different for some reason. yujin knew minju like the back of her hand and could sense when she was preoccupied in her mind. minju hummed next to her, breathing in the cool fall air and taking in the scene from where they were on the sidewalk. minju looked so peaceful like this. it was at times like this yujin remembered how lucky she was to have minju as her best friend. yujin sighed in content and grabbed minju's hand, minju wasn't startled, as best friends they held hands all the time. yujin tapped her finger on minju's hand that was intertwined with hers. "minju, i'm so lucky to have you, you know that right?" yujin said looking down at their hands. "what? don't be silly, i'm the one lucky to have you, yujinnie." minju said, stopping and taking yujin into her arms. she pulled away and held yujin at arms length. "something bothering you?" she asked, worry apparent in her beautiful brown eyes. "just nervous for the first day, that's all...wonyoung and i have a lot of classes together." yujin said shyly. minju smiled and pulled yujin towards a bench close by. "if theres anyone that wonyoung will fall for, i have no doubt in my mind that it'll be you." minju said. yujin has confided in her last year when she first realized her feelings for wonyoung, and minju was just about as supportive as a best friend could be. when yujin needed someone to talk to about her feelings, minju was always ready to listen, and that was one of the things yujin admires most about her best friend. "yujinnie lemme take a picture for twitter, i want wonyoung to see how cute you are." minju teased, pulling yujin into her picture.

minju quickly typed a caption and showed it to yujin proudly. yujin giggled and pulled minju up from the bench. yujin could see their school in the distance and checked the time on her phone. "minju we gotta walk faster, our first class starts in 8 minutes!" yujin said, panic very apparent in her voice. "alright, let's just jog until we get to the parking lot." minju laughed and picked up her pace, watching to make sure yujin was following closely behind her. with the new speed, it only took them 4 of the 8 minutes to reach the school parking lot. they slowed down again and yujin fixed her shirt which had gotten a bit wrinkled in the wind. minju pulled yujin to the entrance where they saw wonyoung walking in with one of her other acquaintances. yujin frowned a bit and tugged minju's sleeve. "cmon lets go." she urged pulling minju faster towards wonyoung. "wonnnnnnnyoungggggggg!" yujin called, still dragging minju behind her. wonyoung turned around with an annoyed expression shown on her doll-like features, but it quickly became a smile when she realized it was yujin. "oh hey sorry i didn't walk with you this morning, my mom insisted that i take the bus with my neighbor." she rolled her eyes quickly and then reached out for yujin. yujin felt her heart beat faster as wonyoung's hand made contact with her arm. she looked back at minju with a slightly panicked expression, but minju just giggled and waved goodbye to her as wonyoung began pulling her to their first class. 

a/n: that was my little annyeongz special! i'll probably do more in the future because i like writing in yujins pov lol. anyways, hope you enjoyed!!
