i woke up , uneasy.
warm , but uneasy.
the cold breeze touched my skin and the daylight broke through the cracks of the trees.
i sat up. leaves were all caught up , tangled in my blob of hair. i must've fallen asleep in the forest with technoblade. he was laid down , not too far away , fast asleep. i walked over to him and crouched down.
i placed my head on the dirt and stared blankly at him. after a minute , he opened his eyes and stared at me in shock. i beamed at him.
"shut up."
"i didn't say anyth-"
"shut up."
we walked back to their camp quite quickly in silence. we didn't say anything , but it was clear we'd decided not to comment on the matter.
mega rushed in to hug me as soon as i stepped foot in the base. i beamed at him nervously. dream and tapl were crouched over a map, drawing and putting wooden figures of houses, people and animals on it.
" where were you two last night? " clay looked up from placing a house down.
"in the forest. it's quite peaceful during the night." i interrupted.
"uh-huh. don't you live in the forest?" techno glanced at me.
i stared blankly before looking back at tapl and dream.
tapl tapped a section of the map with a pencil. " okay , so here's the plan. "
