NO ONE POV / BEACON ACADEMY

Couple of days went by, Y/n was beginning to feel better by the day. Glynda looks after her son, during her break and nighttime. Velvet get a early start, seeing how Y/n's condition is and even made him food. Neo is there constantly, and also Kali. 

Kali is sleeping as Y/n was awake and reading a book. The door open, revealing Neo. She look at Kali and sigh, seeing her sleeping and not keeping a close eye on Y/n. Neo walks up towards Y/n, grab him and hold him close against her body.

"She didn't make it to the good part" Y/n said, holding his book up to Neo's view. Neo smiled, grabbing his book and placing it on the bed. Neo walk out still holding Y/n and closes the door behind them. 

TIME SKIP

Y/n and Neo were outside, sitting on a bench and eating some ice cream. Neo have Y/n sitting on her lap and happily eating his ice cream. Neo wasn't paying any attentions to her surroundings, Y/n was distracted by eating his ice cream. 

"NEO!?" Both of Y/n and Neo jumped, Neo looks around and immediately gulp when she saw who called her.

"So this is where you're hiding, huh?" A strange woman that Y/n never know who she is.

"We have look everywhere you for! We check the Ice cream Parlor! We check every possible rooftop of where you might be and even. . . ." She stop when she saw another heterochromia, but a child.

"Oh~" She said "I didn't know you were a mother" Neo eye's widen, blushing hard and was shooking her head fast.

"She's not my mommy" Y/n said, responding to the strange woman.

"She's your babysitter?" She said, kneeling down, face to face with Y/n.

"Yep" Y/n said "You are who?"

"My name is Cinder. . . ."Cinder seems to get distracted by the innocent child, his eyes seems to penetrate her soul, unable to move or to talk.

CINDER'S POV

'What kind of power is this!!!???'

 NO ONE POV

Y/n turns his head towards Neo, facing her and she seems confuse. Y/n look back at Cinder, who started to recover from 'possess'. 

"Cinder?" Y/n ask her.

"Cinder fall" Cinder said.

"Why were you looking for Neo?" Y/n asked her.

"I was looking for her, because I was worried" Cinder said "Me and her are best friend, she never texted me or even ignore my calls"

"Oh" Y/n said.

"But now that I know she is safe, I can relax" Cinder, smile. Neo is in fear, she never see her smile like that before.

"Can you sit with us?" Y/n ask.

"You want me to sit with you?" Cinder ask. Y/n nodded.

"I would, but I have go" Cinder said, Y/n lowered his head, understanding. Cinder's heart felt like it had been shot, seeing his face going down. 

"But, if we meet again. Then I will, ok?" Cinder ask. Y/n look up at Cinder and smiles.

"Ok!" He said, warming Cinder heart.

Cinder then left, Neo and Y/n alone. Y/n continue eating on his ice cream, but Neo was in confuse of what was happening to Cinder.

MEANWHILE / CINDER'S POV

I was leaning up against a wall, composing myself after experiencing that unknown power. 

"What was that!?" I ask to myself, hearing my breathing, gasping for air "His smile, his attitude and his innocent. It feels like it was consuming me!"

I started to regain conscious, during my time away from that child.

"Cinder" I look to my left, seeing Emerald and Mercury coming up to me.

"What is it?" I said, acting like nothing had ever happen to me.

"So we check everywhere to find Neo and-" Mercury were about, until I interrupt him.

"I found her, she is hanging out with a child" I said.

"Then we can tell you about the kid, who became friend with Komodusk" Emerald said.

"Excellent" I said "Tell me, who is this child. Some kind of a hybrid? A kid with a semblance that control Grimm?"

"No, he's just a child" Emerald said. I look at her as she pulled out a picture from her pocket. I grab it from her and I felt my heart skipped a beat. It was the same child, Neo was holding. The same one that causes me to space out.

"You're kidding?" I ask.

"Not at all" Emerald said "Must have warmed the Grimm's heart"

 "Should we tell, Salem?" Mercury said.

"We will leave by midnight" I said to them. I walk away, holding the picture of the child, I encounter with. 

"There is no way, this child. He must be something else then he seems" I said, quietly to myself.

MEANWHILE / NO ONE POV

Back to Neo and Y/n. Neo was hesitated, Cinder knows that she's here. Will she cut some loose end? 

"Oh, there you are!" Neo look up to see, Kali coming up towards her and Y/n. Kali comes up and grab Y/n, hug him.

"I would have been dead if Glynda knows that I left you alone" Kali said.

"You didn't make it to the good part" Y/n said, looking at Kali.

"Maybe next time, I'll read" Kali said. Neo just letted out a huff, returning back to the third wheel. 

"We should take you to the cafeteria, you must be starving now" Before Kali could even leave, Neo jolted up from the bench, grab Y/n and run towards the cafeteria.

"Wait!" Kali try to chase after Neo, but was falling behind.

TIME SKIP

Back in Glynda's dorm. Y/n was now with Velvet, Neo is helping out with Glynda for something important that Y/n doesn't understand.

"You look more better with bunny ears" Velvet said, playing with Y/n's long hair, creating two short bunny ears "No, wait. A bunny tail" Y/n laugh, imagining himself being a faunus. 

"But I think it might be the best that you stick of who you are" Velvet said, placing her head on top of Y/n's head and holding him close. Velvet fell onto her back, causes Y/n to laugh more. 

"Blake thinks, I'm be perfect for a cat faunus" Y/n said.

"That is what she thinks, what about you? What kind of faunus you like to be?" Velvet ask.

". . . . . I don't know" Y/n said. Velvet then proceed to play with his hair again, brushing her fingers through his hair and given them a whirl.
