Chapter 1

I pull up to my boyfriend, Tyler's house. He  gave me a spare key in case he couldn't pick me up which was quite rare. 

It took me around 5 minutes seemly his house is across the street from our high school. I pull up and immediately  hop out of my car and walk up to the porch. 

I am so eager to get inside because today started with a rocky beginning.

 My math teacher was being a dick and decided to kick me out of class for laughing at a joke someone texted me.Its not my fault I have cracked humor and his old ass doesn't get a decent joke. 

All I wanna do is just kick back and watch a movie with Tyler, maybe order out.

I turn off the engine of my Jeep, opening the door and shutting it semi loudly. Walking up to the porch I hear unfamiliar laughs in the distance, making me raise an eyebrow. assuming its a house behind his having a party, I walk further but the closer I get so does the sound.

I grab my keys and stick it in the door, as the door twists and unlocks and allows me in I smell something unusual. 

Normally when I walk in a smell my perfume or his abstract colones but this sent was different. 

I try to wash it out of my mind. I begin to place my backpack and keys on the counter when I hear the giggling get deeper and louder. I proceed to walk upstairs despite the cold feeling in my gut thats saying to just leave.

" I really hope its just his brother and his girlfriend" I mumble as I reach the last step.

As I reach his door I try to open it but its locked.

"shit" is all I hear , It was my boyfriends panicked voice I soon figure out.That pretty much told me all I needed to know.

I didn't even have to see for me to know what was happening. I was shocked but I didn't have time to stand and listen,I had to get out before it hurts me even more.

I start to tremble down the stairs as if his house was on fire.

" Serenity wait!" Tyler screams while he franticly opens the door and tries  chase me down. Before  I could get my engine to turn on he opens my door.

"what do you want Tyler"  I say trying to hold back the tears that were welling in my eyes.

" I am sorry, I didn't mean for it to happen, please give me a second chance!" He seemed more panicked then sorry.

" Tyler you don't know how many times I have seen you with other people seeking around. If I were to even accuse you, you would get mad at me. I'm done, bye Tyler"  I say storming out the door shutting my  car door and driving off.

"Wait!" Tyler screams

I pull back to his house and a smile creeps up on his face but is shot down when he realizes  why I'm back.

"Here" I open my window and throw his hoodie at him making him stumble on the floor.

I then drive off once and for all and pull into a parking lot to process all of this.

All I could do was sob and hit my steering wheel repetitively.

"Crap!" Was all I was able  to say threw my constant sobs.

I decide to Text Vanes and tell her the situation.

Morgan is my best friend that I have known almost all my life, her parents and mine were semi close so we always hung out. Asking her to visit my location, she immediately replied stating she's on her way. I sighed as I opened my window, taking in the air caressing in and out of my lungs and the silent but loud sounds nature brought to my attention.

I close my phone and wait. Less than 10 minutes later I see her pulling up and stepping out of the car. 

As soon as she saw that I have been crying she went from happy to worried.

" Oh my god what happened you look like a complete wreck"

" Thanks" I say as I say with a tiny smile and a quite laugh sniffling from all the tears.

" I caught Tyler cheating once again, but this was my final straw" I say getting worked up again.

She immediately wraps her arms around me comforting me.

"Its going to be okay, he was a jerk and uptight anyways." She says with a reassuring sympathetic smile

" How could he do this. He knows hes all I had" I say while sniffling

" Hey you have me and Josh and Claudia!" She says still wrapping her arms around me.

" You know what I mean" I say with a tiny smirk.

" Come on lets get you out of here, Claudia is over at your house. Lets go over and have a movie night like the old times" She asks slowly unwrapping herself from me.

I didn't have enough energy to talk so I just nodded. 

She gets out of the car and waves as she pulls out and heads to my house.

I pull up to my house a bit after Vanes did. I park my car and walk inside. I could tell by everyone faces Vanes told them. 

My bother Joshua looks so angry yet worried. Claudia looks just sad and vanes as you know is worried.

Claudia imitatively pulls me in for a hug, Josh and Vanes repeating her actions.

" I'm so sorry he did this" says Claudia pulling away from the warm hug

"Im gonna fucking beat his ass" My brother says with an angry look half joking, hes always been protective since our parents walked out on us which led us to live by ourselves.

They never really wanted kids so when Josh was old enough to take care of me they left us with very little.

" Hey now! No ones beating no body" Morgan says laughing a bit but staying serious in her tone

We all go sit and walk into the living room and put on a show. All of us were cuddled in one section of the couch.

" Since we have to go to school tomorrow,lets make a bit of a pact" Claudia says, " We stick together and we make this the best year of our life!"

We all nodded and did a little handshake we all made when we were younger. 

This is going to be Josh's and Claudia's last year or high school with us so we wanted to make it the best.

I really hope this works out
