Chapter 2

                                                           

Joshua decided since its our first day back to school he would drive us all. Joshua and Claudia, being the  two oldest were in the front leaving Morgan  in I to suffocate  in the back. 

Times like this make you want to stay your age and never leave whats going on, but whats good has to end eventually right?

On our way  to school we decided to jam out to the 2000's music. As "Get low " by Lil Jhon is blasting me and Morgan are laughing at Claudia and Josh dancing and singing.

" To The windowwww to the walls" I hear them screaming as they're doing quirky dances laughing. 

Morgan and I look at each other and start laughing . What a good way to start the year off I guess.

Slowly but surely we make it to the school parking lot. Josh parks the car and opens his door before opening the rest of ours.

" well thank you sir" Claudia says laughing.

Joshua bows and starts to chuckle.

I start to get nervous as I see Tyler and his friends walk up to school. I immediately regretted coming back.

Claudia notices me staring at someone and looks at Tyler then back at me.

" You  good L?" Claudia says,

" I don't t-think I can do this" I say starting to tremble.

" your gonna be fine, we are here and you wont even have to worry about being alone with him because in every class at least ne of us is in with you" says Morgan reassuringly.

" And if he lays  finger on you I will whoop him , remember that" Josh says winking.

Me and Claudia roll our eyes as we make it to the door of the school.

I think everyone knows what happened because everyone is staring at us in shock and admiration.

This might be a better year then I thought.

We split up to find our lockers. Mine was 203, pretty easy to remember I guess. I unlock it and place my backpack inside and before I could close it I feel a gust of wind and my locker flying shut.

 I turn around and of course I see Brandon eyeing me. He is basically the Jock of the school. He has also been my neighbor for as long as I can remember.

We used to be close until Football took him away from us.

" What's up shorty" he says with a smirk leaning against my locker.

" Nothing why" I asked confused why he's talking to me.

" We haven't spoken since last summer, I heard you and your man broke off. Sucks" He says.

" Not really, he was a cheating jerk  anyways. It was bound to happen" I say shrugging it off.

I try to walk away but he grabs my arm.

" Hey we should hang out later" He asks.

" Maybe, I'm pretty busy so I will have to see" I say with his hand still on me.

" Come on shorty you can't just leave me hanging" He asks a bit more aggressive.

" I told you I'm not sure, now let go!" I ask a bit more annoyed.

Before he could do anything the school doors crash open and a beautiful sight approaches.

A pale girl with crystal blue eye and straight blue hair walks in. Her cloths are baggy and she has. a bunch of chains and rings on. Her outfit most likely costs more than my life.

" Hey man back off, she said let go!" A short blue hair tinted female says pushing him away.

Brandon stumbles away clearly stunned  by the girl who just approached him.

" T-thank you" was all I managed to get out of my mouth.

" no problem " she said with a smirk.

 My cheeks started to burn, why am I blushing. I have never felt this way about a girl before. Its like she has me in a euphoric trance.

" what's your name " she asks cutely clearly aware of what she's doing to me.

" Serenity , Uhm you? I say sweating like crazy.

She smirks, " Billie"

Before I could say anything she walks off " see you around " she says as she disappears into the crowd of people.

What a way to start high school I guess
