"I did this...all for you....."

After Quentin's final words, the last bit of life that clung onto him, who had done so much to trick the whole world so that he could execute his plans, had left. No more lies. No more tricks. Peter deactivated all of the drones that Quentin was controlling and looked back at the lifeless body of who he thought he had a connection with. Something that could've led into much more. But it all ended up being one big betrayal. He puts on Tony's shades and asked Edith if everything around him was finally a reality, "Is this....is this real?"

"All illusions are down, Peter."

He sighs and takes them off. He looks at the city behind him, noticing almost all of the vehicles flipped over or what was left of it in the explosion and the wiring that held the bridge in place, almost hanging on. Suddenly, tears began to fall across his cheeks which caused him to lower himself until he sat on the floor and folding his legs in front of him, crying against his arms. Peter wished that all of this didn't happen. That Quentin didn't come up with any of this. He trusted that man to the point where they were close. He remembered his embrace after every single nightmare about the death of Tony. About having to save his classmates all on his own. Everything. Though all that went away when he appeared. Their short moments alone, the lingering contact with his lips. Still fresh in his thoughts. However...the man showed his true colors. His true self that Peter never wanted to see.

Everything that he experienced with him.......was false. Pure trickery and deceit. "Why???" Peter looked down at Quentin and slammed his fist on the floor in anger, almost shaking the entire place "WHY DAMN IT!!! Why......"

The door to the right end of the hallway opens. Happy waved his hand around to clear out any of the smoke from the destroyed drones and managed to spot Peter from a distance, "Kid???? Hey Peter!!!!" he quickly runs to him and not long after, Ned and MJ follow behind, "Where's Peter," she says as she looks around for a minute until he saw Happy kneeling beside him. Both of them approach the two, kneeling down as well with Ned placing a hand on his friend's shoulder for comfort, "Dude...are you okay?"

He didn't answer. Happy tried getting him to speak. He told him that everything was okay and that all of this that he went through is officially over. Still, Peter didn't say a word. Of course, deep down he was glad that all of London was alright. Not that many people wounded including his friends and the rest. Right now, he was clouded by so much deception that with each memory he had with Quentin broke his heart little by little. MJ sighed and took his hand, gripping it as hard but gently as possible, showing him that whatever he was going through, they were there to help him. Quentin's lingering presence was no longer there and instead was replaced by the ones that truly cared about the webbed hero.

Peter slowly raised his head up and looks at all of them with his red puffy eyes. All of them were filled with smiles of comfort and content, relieved to see that he fine. Peter couldn't help but give them a dry chuckle, "S-Sorry for all of....this."

"None of it is your fault, kiddo. I'm just happy that this....man didn't hurt you" said Happy before looking at Quentin in pure hatred, "if he were alive, I'd be proud to take him into custody."

"All I gotta say..." Ned looks around and sees the destroyed drones that almost caused London to fall, "This whole trip was insane"

MJ nodded and agreed with him, "Yeah...no kidding.  To be honest...I just wanna go home."

Peter couldn't help but laugh, "Yeah...I do too." He looked at the area one last time, reminding him of all the stuff that occurred before removing those thoughts completely, "So...I guess it's over.....huh?" All three looked at one another before they suddenly grabbed ahold of his arms and legs.
