Tuesday. The day after Monday. It's an okay day, you guessed. It's almost halfway through the school week, but just after the first day of the week. You wished the week could skip to Saturday already.

Huffing, you slammed your hand on to your alarm, effectively shutting it off. The only thing that could entice you out of the warm embrace of your bed was the smell of your mum's choc chip pancakes (or your other favourite breakfast food). You kicked your blankets of you, not bothering to make them since you would just mess them up again.

On the way out of your room you grabbed your brush and started trying to tame your unruly bed hair. Skipping down the steps two at a time, you shouted out a good morning to your mother who was in the kitchen, and to your dad who was working at his desk area. Your mum returned the good morning as you joyfully grabbed your plate of delicious food and took it to in front of the tv to eat it.

After finishing your meal, you scurried back up to your room so you could get changed out of your pajamas. You rummaged around your drawers for some clothes and let out a noise of triumph when you found some. After struggling for a bit to get into your chosen outfit, you grabbed everything you need and packed it in your bag and rushed to catch your bus.

---------- Time Skip ----------

You let out a sigh of relief as you sunk into the seat next to your best friend, Kid. He was playing a game on his phone until you had shown up, almost missing the bus.

"So, Kiddo! What are we doing today?" you gave him a toothy grin. He gave you a small smile in return and pulled out a book from his bag. This wasn't any book, though. It was one that Kid had from when he was first in kindergarten, and it always seemed to stay with him, no matter how many times you two burned it, threw it into a river or got Monty to destroy it with a laser. It always was on his bedside table every morning in pristine condition, so you two had given up on trying to destroy the book.

Kid glanced around, making sure that no one was looking, and he opened the book. Inside, it wasn't like a normal book, it had several different paragraphs spread over the first two pages, both being littered with your and Kid's messy handwriting. It had several different pictures showing various people, but the thing that had first caught your eye was the words written underneath each spot. It wasn't your own or Kid's, it was bold and clean. Flipping towards around halfway through the book, Kid stopped at a page that was relatively empty compared to the others. It had nine squares, with only one of them being coloured, and the rest of them were blank.

Under the coloured picture was four words

'Talk to the janitor'

...

"Fuck" you cursed under your breath. Kid heard you and decided this was the perfect time to tease you.

"Don't say that around Penny. She'd probably give you a slap on the wrist, or maybe you'd like that~". Your face flushed at this remark, with your blush only worsen as he continued. You slapped Kid on his shoulder and buried your face in yours hands out of embarrassment. Kid chuckled and rubbed his shoulder in pain.

You were broken from your train of thought when Kid lightly tapped your shoulder. You turned your head in your palms and glared at him slightly, still embarrassed. He bit his lip to stifle his laughter but managed to say,

"We're here"

This chapter is more of a filler chapter to explain somethings, like how I will use Kid's timeloop thing. The next chapter should be out either tonight or tomorrow.

Anyway, I hope you have/had a wonderful day/night.

Bye~
