When Bella is upset her hair blows up, blue. Yeah, she is definitely Mal's daughter if her hair flames blue.
Other than the hair Bella is pretty calm. Hades is in Olympus, Zeus forgave Hades. Hades hasn't seen Bella yet. He looks forward of seeing his granddaughter so much.
Bella is the first born of the VKs. Celia will give birth to a little girl. Dizzy founded out that she was unable to have any kids. She is so sad because she wanted to raise a kid boy or girl.
