You were dragging Namjoon's dead weight with Jimin and Irene. Each step you let out a breath.
The man's height was the problem. His long limbs were making it harder to get to the Headmistress's place faster.
"How did this dork managed to get marked? Isn't he supposed to be the smart one out of all of us? IQ 148 my ass." Jimin muttered.
"Then obviously he isn't the smart one." Irene stated feeling annoyed at the feeling of her hands getting ripped apart.
"Hey! Don't offend him like that! You don't know him." Jimin gritted through his teeth. As you all arrived in front of the Headmistress's house, Irene turned to you.
"So the headmistress didn't care that we came by this late?"
"No she said since all of this was going on, she had to help especially if I'm the next savior." You answered her.
"I'm a bit nervous for Namjoon. Do you think she can really save him?" It was now Jimin's turn to ask you.
"Saving him, I don't know. Keeping him from going to the demon portal—I hope." You hesitated to say the last sentence.
"I don't know what he did, he just suddenly changed from what I heard from the others." He trailed re-adjusting his grip on Namjoon.
"That's the evil taking over, it brings out your deepest desires. We just need to make sure we keep him safe and away from everyone else, until we know how to change him back." You recalled remembering the book Seojun gave you.
Jimin nodded.
"So— are you going to ring the doorbell, or suddenly have a conversation in front of someone's house." Irene snarled at Jimin.
"Chill woman, I'm getting to it!" He snarled back at her. Jimin pressed the doorbell. Before getting the chance to even wait a few seconds, the door suddenly flew open.
"You guys finally made it, come in! Come in!" She lead you guys to the living room.
"Sit, do you guys want anything to drink?" She asked.
"No thank you." You politely declined. She nodded and sat in front of you all.
"I need to inform you that, it's almost impossible to turn demons back." The Headmistress look to the ground sadly.
"Almost?" You felt your blood turn cold. He didn't deserve this.
'It's all your fault. If you weren't hanging out with him, they probably wouldn't have targeted a close friend.'
