She danced with him, all eyes were on them, "they are checking you! You're too beautiful to not look at" Kai whispered smirking, Luna raised her head smiling, they locked eyes and went silent for a minute, wandering in each other's eyes, she smiles softly. This moment, Kai was falling in love for the first time with the beautiful angel he's dancing with, it was hard for him to hide it but he knew it was for her own good, "what?" his voice was low, "I have noticed that, if you look carefully at people's eyes, the first five seconds they look at you, the truth of their feelings will shine through, for just an instant before it flickers away" she said, he smiles and looks away,

When Kai looks at Luna, he sees everything he's ever wanted but when he looks at himself he sees nothing she deserves, so until he's worthy of her he must put his feelings aside no matter how hard and painful it gets,

The dancing stopped, and Luna went with Kai to where Hayley, Rebekah, Freya and Keelin, "excuse me, I need a drink" Kai said, and then he left, "why he looks upset?" Freya asked, "I don't know he was in a good mood when we were dancing" Luna said, "or maybe he didn't want the dance to come to an end" Rebekah smirked, Luna rolled her eyes giggling, "so... how was it?" "I'll admit it, I've fallen for this beautiful girl, who is so much more than pretty. She's smart. She's funny. She's brave. She had a past that wasn't all that lovely, yet she still put a smile on her face and never looked back, she is a lionhearted girl, and as much as she liked to say she didn't deserve me, I often felt it was the other way around" Kai said, "and why don't you act to the way you feel?" Bucky asked, Kai sighed, "because I'm afraid that I might hurt her and I cannot live with myself if I did" his voice was low, "trust me you'll hurt her more this way" Kai looked at him, "you love her, you care about her, then you should be with her, you protect her and stand by her side no matter what, and you'll be her shield, and if she done something by herself and something happened to her? You will never forgive yourself and you will feel responsible because you think if you were there, things would be different" Kai knew at the last part he was referring to him and his wife, Storm, Luna's mom.
