I let out a happy sigh of relief as the final bell rings, leaning my head back and closing my eyes. Somebody walks up to me, clearing their throat with an echo of girly giggles. I open my eyes, staring up at Amber as she twists a stand of her fake strawberry blonde hair.

"Hiii, Leviii." Amber giggles, leaning onto my desk and raising a hand to featherlight stroke a line down my jaw. "So, I was thinking that maybe you and could study tonight... my parents aren't home." She winks, biting her lip while leaning forward so much that I have a clear line of sight down her shirt.

I smile tightly, taking Amber's hand off of me like it was infected and dropping it on the desk carelessly. I smile for real, seeing Amber's face fall. "Sorry, Amber. I've gotta talk to my pen pal, don't want to get a bad grade because I was getting and STD from you. Go home, put on some loose clothes, and just pig out with your legs closed, hun." I grin, cupping her chin and kissing her cheek before grabbing my bag as I walked out of the classroom, leaving her stunned.

"Oh, if only you knew." I mumble to myself, placing my phone at my side as I pull into the garage of my house, blushing.

I've barely been home for five minutes, still sitting in the car, when Wesley comes running up to my with tears falling down her red face. "Wren!" She runs into my arms and I stand, holding her on my hip while balancing the weight between her and my school bag.

"Close my car door, babes." I mumble into her ear, leaning close enough to the car door for her to push it with all of the strength her tiny 4'10", eight-year-old body could muster.

I walk us into the house, closing the garage door and the door leading from the garage to the house before walking to my bedroom. Still carrying Wesley, I shut and lock my bedroom door, put my backpack onto my bed while taking a seat on the bed. "Now, what's up, tyke?" I ask, looking at my adorable little sister with worry.

Wesley sniffles, hugging me tightly. "The mean boys at school were calling you names... they kept calling you a boy and that I was like you because our names are weird and because we dress boyish..."

I sigh, she'd gotten this teasing earlier in the year, probably by the same kids. "Oh honey, c'mon, you know those kids are just mean boys that probably like youuu." I sing the last part, grinning as she wrinkles her nose in disgust.

"That's gross, Wrenny... Boys have cooties!" She sticks her tongue out, making a disgusted face.

"Y'know, one day, you might like one." I wink.

She shakes her head, "No. Ew."
