This isn't me

Kurt meets Eli. C

"Rachel. I miss him. I really want to see him." Kurt mumbled

"Kurt. One day you'll just have to move on. I hate to say it. sorry." Rachel said tying her long brown hair.

"Should I phone him? I think I will. I'm going to phone him." Kurt said walking to his 'room' in the apartment he and Rachel shared.

Kurt unlocked his phone and took a deep breath. He held it to his ear.

"Hello?" Kurt said down the line

"Hi Kurt" Blaine replied

"I just wanted to talk to you" Kurt said quietly almost a whisper

"I miss you" Blaine whispered "I'm sorry. I love you"

I tear rolled down Kurt's cheek.

"I love you too" Kurt whispered and hung up. Tears streamed down his face.

'I can't trust him again. No Kurt. You can't go back to him. He cheated and cheating is wrong. Blaine is perfect. STOP.' Kurt thought to himself. As much as he hated Blaine for cheating he was still madly in love with him. Maybe they could just start again. Maybe it would work. Or it might just be the worst idea ever. Blaine would be better without him. Now they lived so far away. Nothing would ever be the same. This isn't me. I don't know what to do. I just can't think of anything. I'm blinded by love.

"KURT! KURT! BREAKFAST!!" Rachel shouted from the kitchen.

Kurt wiped away his tears and confidently walked through to Rachel

"Have you been crying about Blaine again?" Rachel asked passing Kurt a plate of toast. "you need to hook up with someone. It will make you even. I know someone in my class. He's really cute. I'll get you his number" she didn't understand that Blaine was Kurt's one and only. No one else would ever compare.

Kurt sat with his toast, tiny bite by tiny bite, with small sips of coffee. Rachel began to sing Adele, Someone like you. Then she turned to me as she got to the chorus

'Never mind you'll find someone like him

I wish nothing but the best for you

You must forget him I beg, I remember you said

Sometimes it lasts in love, but sometimes it hurts instead.'

"I don't want to find anyone else." Kurt said putting his plate in the dishwasher and leaving the apartment.

Kurt walked around a park close to his apartment. It was empty. The only thing he was thinking was: why am I being punished? What have I done to deserve this pain? Is it because I'm gay? Why can I just be happy? Cant anyone give me that?

During this thought Rachel called

"Where are you Kurt? Come back. Please?" Rachel was just trying to help but Kurt would never feel like this for any else ever.

"I'm just in the park-" during his sentence he bumped into someone

"I am so sorry" he looked up and saw a tall, dark haired, handsome man standing above him

"It is really alright" he man said smiling. Kurt hung up on Rachel

"I'm Kurt" he smiled

"I'm Eli" the man said. Kurt's face dropped.

"Do you know someone called Blaine Anderson?" Kurt asked, grinding his teeth together and clenching his fists

"Yeah I do. He's a great guy, if you know what I mean" Eli winked at Kurt.

Kurt raised his fist and without thinking he punched Eli in the face and stormed off.

"Hey Kurt. Wait!" Eli shouted chasing after Kurt clutching his bleeding nose. Kurt slowly turned and looked bitterly through Eli "Why did you punch me? Are you the one? The one Blaine is in love with? wow. it is you. You can keep walking, or you can punch me again if it makes you feel better, I just have to say one thing. Blaine adores you, and he can't stand you being so far away." Eli tried to smile sympathetically but it hurt his nose too much.

Kurt just walked away. He didn't care what Eli said. Blaine cheated and cheating is wrong. He did have that thing with Chandler. Did that really count? He wasn't sure. But Blaine thought it did.

Maybe things would never be the same.b
