Never Be

Chapter One

Anne's POV:
"Anne... Anne... Wake up"
I take the pillow next to me and cover my face
"Oh come on time to get up!"
I ignore her.
"It's no use Natalie, she won't get up even if we throw water on her face"
I grab another pillow and throw towards the voice
"Hah! I told you she would be up"
Natalie says and yanks the sheets off. I huddle up into a ball. My grand parents always keep it really cold in our house. I throw the pillow that's covering my face towards the voice of Natalie. A high pitched sqeel comes from her
"Ow what was that for!"
I can tell she's smiling. I sit up and finally open my eyes
I see Natilie smiling at me while Kat, my more hardcore friend, sits on the tip of my bed with her arms crossed.
"good morning"
I finally say. We stand in silence with Kat crossing her arms and Natalie is looking at me with a smile on her face
"Okay!" Natalie finnaly says
I jump, she has such a high pitched voice.
I look at the clock, it's only 9:30
"I have two questions"
I push my blonde hair out of my face and grab a pony tail holder
"One: why are you guys here? And Two: why did you wake me up so early?"
I look at Kat she's looking at one of my old magazines
She points in the direction of Nat
I look over to Nat and start putting my hair in a messy bun
Natalie is in my closet, she hates my clothes
She says they are too punk
Natalie loves floral patterns and pink and girlish stuff
I like rock bands, black and stuff she says "should be worn by the devil"
Kat is more like me just a lot more shy. She basically only talks to me and Natalie.
We all have a weird friendship
I finish putting my hair in a bun
"Remember?!?" Nat says
"we are going to the mall today?"
I sigh
I hate going to the mall, there are so many people in there
"Do I have to go?" Kat says
I laugh
She looks over to me
"What"
You just sound like a three year old
"Shut up" she yells
She grabs the pillow that I threw at her and hit it hard against my shoulder
I smile
