the ambulance finally came and got Monty you rushed to the hospital with all your friends. It's been 2 hours since it happened and you continue pacing around in the waiting room. The nurse finally comes out with a sad look.
Nurse: hey guys...
You: Annie how is he?
Nurse: you may need to sit for this...
You: I mean all your gonna do is tell me he's gonna be fine then ima go in and see him.
Nurse: y/n please sit down...
Scott: come here baby (pulls you onto lap)
You: Scott I'm gonna be fine because it's good news I know she's just tryna trick us. He's ok.
Nurse: guys Montgomery De La Cruz died a few minutes ago he lost too much blood.(Cries)
You: your lying he's ok! He's alive and breathing. He's fine!! (Sobs)
Nurse: I'm so sorry!
You: nothing to be sorry for because he's fine! I'm gonna go see him I'll be right back!
Nurse: y/n he's gone.
You: where is he ima go look for him.

The whole group surrounds you and hugs you.

Scott: yea when me and Justin went to visit he asked where you were.

You: I've had nightmares about it almost everyday. I can't get it out of my mind baby.

You: I was so scared I would lose him.

You: ima go to my room I'll be right back.

You go up to your room and grab your teddy bear but when you pick it up a card falls off your stand. You pick it up and see it's the one Monty gave you. You read it and start crying. You hold it close to your chest and walk downstairs to where your boyfriend was.
You: I think I'm ready to see him.
Scott: you want me to go with you?
You: no I need to do this alone so it will help.
Scott: ok text me when you get there.
You: ok baby (kisses)
You get in your car and drive to the hospital. You sign in and go to Monty's room.
You: hey Monty...
Monty: hey beautiful.
You:(start crying) I can't do this I'm so sorry.

You: (goes to Monty) I hate seeing you like this.

You: Monty I almost lost you. Our last conversation would have been a argument.

You: Monty I was so scared that I was gonna lose you and now it hurts so much to see you in this bed. When I look at you all I can remember is you bleeding in my arms. (Sobbing)

Monty: (gives necklace) you don't have to wear it but I want you to have it back. Even though we aren't together anymore me and you can be best friends until your ready to come back even if it doesn't happen I'm still ok with being your best friend.
You: deal and I'll wear it can you put it on me?
Monty: of course! (Puts necklace on you)
You: thanks. Now what do you wanna do?
Monty: it doesn't matter as long as your here.
You: (blushes) ok um movie?
Monty: yea (puts on movie)
You: okay
A few movies later you fall asleep in Monty's arms but by the time you wake up it's late.
You: shit (checks phone) I have 10 missed calls and 20 messages from Scott. It's late I have to go Monty. Um I'll probably see you tomorrow.
Monty: ok text or call me when you get home.
You: I will love you (kisses cheek)

You run into your car and rush home. When you get home Scott is sitting on the couch.
Scott: what the fuck y/n you couldn't bother picking up your phone.
You: I'm sorry I fell asleep! I know it's late baby
Scott: why do you have that necklace on?!....
