23. Fight

Third Person's POV

"Nayeon.. stay still." Bona said while Jeongyeon was trying to carry her in a piggyback. "Take care of her okay." Bona added as she settle herself.

Bona just accidentally saw Nayeon while going to his boyfriend's apartment. She has a kind heart that's why she took care Nayeon first before proceeding to her boyfriend's apartment. But she doesn't know where Nayeon lives and when she asked questions the latter always bubbled Jeongyeon's name.

"Thanks Bona" Jeongyeon said. Bona bid her goodbye while Jeongyeon was trying to take a cab.

"You hik smell so goooood" Nayeon murmured while sniffing Jeongyeon's neck.

"Why did you drink too much?" Jeongyeon asked sounded like a Dad.

"I broke up with him"

Jeongyeon was speechless.. he didn't dare to say something. He felt a little spark of joy.

Chaeyoung was looking from a far watching Mina drinking hard. Mina get her pouch, she can still manage herself. She decided to head back home because she might forget the time and can't go to work tomorrow.

Chaeyoung notice Mina stand up and march exiting the pub. He immediately place a bill and left the counter. He padded following Mina going to her car.

"Taxi!" Jeongyeon shouted but someone got in first.

"Jeongyeonah our o-old apartment are close here... just take me there." Jeongyeon just nodded and trudge.

Mina was focusing her eyes at the road when her peripheral view saw Jeongyeon carrying someone. She gaze at her side mirror. Her eyes widened.. it's really Jeongyeon.

Mina step on the break and grip the wheel. She bit her lower lip... Jeongyeon is carrying Nayeon. She is not hallucinating. It wasn't a delusional.. she is still sober.

Mina heard a beep from her back. She breath out and turn her wheels. She is determined to follow them no matter what.

Jeongyeon type the code. The door open and he carefully entered.. he turn on the lights. The apartment is still clean. He carefully place Nayeon on the couch. He quickly entered at Nayeon's old room. He open the cabinets to find some clothe. Lucky he found some..

Mina was panting looking at the apartment. She saw Jeongyeon and Nayeon entered here a while ago... she was standing infront of the door. Embracing herself. Many things has come inside her mind...

"I told you" Chaeyoung muttered..

Mina turn her head at Chaeyoung.

"Why are you following me?"

"Why are you following them?" Chaeyoung asked back with his serious face. He inserted his hand to his pocket and fishing out a hot pack. He offered it to Mina. Mina blankly scan the hot pack and shrugged her head.

"Jeongyeonah what a-are you doing.." Nayeon weakly said while her left arm cling at Jeongyeon's neck. Jeongyeon was carrying Nayeon going inside to a bed room. He gently lay Nayeon in the bed.

"I settled everything and Jihyo will come here to take care of you Nayeon." Jeongyeon said and wear his jacket properly. He look at his phone and he didn't receive a message from Mina.

"Can you stay here.. until Jihyo arrive"

"I can't Nayeon..."

"P-please" Nayeon beg with her teary eyes... "just this time.."
