11. Agreement

Third Person's POV

Jeongyeon was waiting to a convenience store.

"She's getting late" Jeongyeon murmured as he sat down to a vacant seat and place the soju on the table.

"Sorry I'm late" Mina said panting and her eyes lock at Jeongyeon who were pouting.

'He's quite cute' Mina's thought. While hiding her side smile.

Jeongyeon notice how stunning Mina in just a casual attire and she smells really good. Jeongyeon blink his eyes.

"Did you bring the food?" Jeongyeon asked. Mina raise her hand and show some food. "Okay... let's finish this all."

Mina bought 1 box of fried chicken and pajeon a savory pancake. She also bring 2 small glasses.

"We'll buy some beer what you think?" Mina suggest as she sit down facing Jeongyeon.

"Naaah.. we should lessen drinking"

An hour passed and they just drink silently. Until Mina half open her mouth.

"Why did you two broke up Jeongyeon?" Mina suddenly asked. Jeongyeon eyes widened.

"Why did you two broke up Mina?"

Mina crossed her arms and raise her right brow.

"You go first"

"Hmmm.. it just happen that Nayeon." Jeongyeon pour Mina's glass.

"Thanks"

"Nayeon said she was in love with someone and they... they even." Jeongyeon bite his lower lip to refrain himself tearing up.

Mina was waiting for Jeongyeon but he seems not ready to open up.

"Chaeyoung broke up with me because I can't sustain his sexual needs." Mina chuckled and drink it one shot. "Is it true that man can't stay in a relationship without sex?" And her eyes darted to Jeongyeon.

Jeongyeon jaw move and their eyes met.

"Yes." Jeongyeon answered and Mina wasn't surprised. "If he don't loves you truly."

Mina got hit by Jeongyeon's sharp words.

"You mean Chaeyoung doesn't love me. At all.. for 3 years." Mina said in disbelief and averted her eyes. She wipe her tears and pour herself. Jeongyeon bend down his head and pour his own glass.

"3 years? Maybe he loves you but he was tamed by some girls that can sustain his wants. He was stupidly blinded with his WANTS as a BOY and not his NEEDS as MAN."

"Differentiate it.." Mina said and hold the glass tightly.

"He chose a mere snack over a great meal. Don't get offended. If you still don't understand it.. it's not my problem anymore." Jeongyeon then drink it one shot.

'Does it mean that Chaeyoung still loves me? But he was blinded about his desire of having sex' Mina's thought.

"Continue your story.." Mina uttered and look to Jeongyeon.

Jeongyeon bitterly nodded.

"Nayeon said they make love., which I can't do it with her.." Now Jeongyeon didn't use the glass anymore to drink. Instead he get the bottle and drink some of it then grunt. "But... as the time goes by. I think she didn't broke up with me because of sex. I stupidly realized that Nayeon wanted me to step up.. she wanted me to become someone I don't wanna be"
