After Frieza revealed his betrayal, eliminated Frost and nearly did the same to me, I now had more reason to hate Universe 7. This and my humiliating battle with Goku during the Exhibition tournament days earlier had caused me to develop a grudge against them.
Speaking of my grudge against Goku I came to the conclusion that I would have to fight him sooner or later. So I figured I would be better off eliminating him sooner rather than later. With Bergamo's assistance it should prove easier to remove him from the Tournament. The major problem with this however was when we did finally locate Goku he was already staring down another foe.
That foe was none other than Jiren. Earlier in the Tournament I had caught brief glimpses of Jiren's power. The first of these was of cause when he effortlessly subdued Kale in her berserk form. The other of these was when I saw him eliminate Maji Kayo a blue liquid creature from Universe 3 in a singular blow.

Both Kale in her Berserk Form and Maji Kayo were extremely powerful warriors that even I would have had trouble with in a one on one battle and here was Jiren who defeated both in single hit each and now he was about to face Goku.
I was snapped out of my daydream when Goku suddenly fired a Kamehameha at Jiren but when it made contact it seemed at first to have had no effect however upon closer inspection I noticed the blast didn't hit Jiren at all which seemed to be coming from Jiren's eyes.
Once Goku realized that he quickly transformed in a Super Saiyan. Much like in his Base Form, his Super Saiyan attacks had no effect on Jiren who simply stood in place and allowed himself to be struck over and over without an ounce of movement.
Upon noticing that he still wasn't doing any damage, Goku then upgraded into the Super Saiyan 2 form he used during his battle with me. And just like the last two attempts, Jiren remained exactly where he was. Appearing unphased by anything Goku tried. Just how strong was this guy?!
What Goku did next surprised me. Much like before, he transformed. However it was to a form I didn't recognize as I had never seen him use before. His hair turned red and he was surrounded by a blazing red and orange aura.
