Ethan x Male!Reader

I was sitting alone in the meeting room looking out the window. I sighed as I got up and started to head to my room. I saw Ethan and put on a fake smile to say hi. "Hey, Ethan." He just nodded and continued on to the room. I sighed I've had a crush on Ethan since he saved me from that convenience store. I've wanted to tell him, but he won't feel the same way, I know it. I sigh as I get on to the make-shift bed they made for me and start relaxing. As I closed my eyes I drifted off to sleep.

(Timeskip)

I woke up to a loud crash outside and shuffling inside. I got up and ran up to my window to see zombies swarming through the gate. I was shaking when Ethan came into my room and grabbed my wrist. He said "c'mon" and I nodded while following him. He guided me and everyone else through the school and outside to a side gate. We ran out and hid in some abandoned buildings. I got into the building and sat in a corner looking out the window and crying. I missed everyone who died. ( Hi, Just to let you know Hailey, Sue, Scarlet, Judy, and Jay died in the zombie attack. Sorry if you didn't want that to happen but too late now.) Ethan came by me and looked out of the window as well. I said "Hi" and he nodded. I felt myself tearing up as I tried to hold the sadness in. I felt tears falling down my face as I tried to hide my face from Ethan.

Ethan's POV

I bite my lip as I see Y/n crying and I don't know what to do. I have liked Y/n for a while but I don't know how to tell him. What if he doesn't like me back, or what if he hates me after. I don't know what to do. I hug Y/n while he's crying and he stops and stiffens up. He turns around and I see his bright red face. When I saw his blush, I blushed as well and told him "please don't cry." Y/n hugged me back and I stroked his head as he cried into my jacket. I heard slight snores from Y/n. I picked him up and walked him over to his room and put him down. I saw him turn in his bed as I snuggled up to him. I said, "love you Y/n". He turned around and said "I love you to Ethan" as he snuggled up against me. I started to drift off as I felt comfortable next to Y/n.

(Timeskip cause I don't got time for that)

I made it to the safe zone with everyone who lived after the zombie attack. I'm happy that I'm with Y/n and I protected him. While I was teaching Y/n to play baseball he kissed me while I was distracted. My face was redder than Zion's hair as he chuckled. I smile and kiss him back. I love Y/n.
