"Please, take good care of Adela. In case we never come back, do not forget to give her the book."

"Do not say that Elenna!"

...

"The Queen is here!" People started cheering as a middle-aged woman was walking through the gate dressed in a white gown, her body covered in blood. She looked exhausted as she stopped and slowly fell down. "Call the physician!" A man shouted as he carried the woman on his back.

The woman was placed on a bed as a physician attended to her. "Do you hear me, Elenna?" The man who carried her kept on asking, the woman pulled the man by his neck and whispered.

Nobody knew what she whispered but the man immediately fled with the child and a book in his arms.

"I am sorry, Elenna. I will take good care of her majesty."

...

"Richard!" A small girl called for his attention, "Adela, you must understand that I am occupied right now. Please go back to your chambers." The man answered as he pushed the girl away.

Adela's eyes we're filled with tears as she pulled herself up to her room. She did not dare resist the man's word as she followed solely on his words.

...

13 years later...

...

"Richard, the hunt is starting. We must go." Adela said as he pulled the old man with him, "I have prepared everything, all will be well." Adela said, "you must leave me here, Adela." Richard said, "in no way am I following this order, Richard. You are coming and that will not be flouted!" Adela said and placed their belongings on her back.

"I am too old to even ride a horse, I am of no use to you." Richard said, "then walk we shall do!" Adela said and pulled Richard.

Richard could not do anything but follow the girl. They rode the horse to the sunset and disappeared.

...

"Adela, I need to give you something." Richard said and pulled a book then gave it to Adela. "This is from your mother," Richard said, "you told me, you weren't married." Adela was confused, "I was not. But your mother was and she wanted me to give this to you before she gave her life in exchange of yours." Richard explained as he opens the book.

"You must promise me one thing, Adela. You will read this through and through." Richard said, "I have taught you basics and now, you must understand and go back. Go back to Marmoris, and rule them." Richard said.

Adela's eyes who we're filled with confusion started watering as she hugged Richard. "I will go back to Marmoris, but I will go back with you." Adela said and started pacing her horse again. "Show me the way." Adela said and Richard pointed to North and to North they traveled.

...

After a two days travel, they have finally arrived at Marmoris. A kingdom above the shining surface of the water.

...

A man was clearly seated in front of the gate but when he saw Richard he looked shocked.

"You! You are not welcome here in Marmoris!" He shouted, "we need to go in." Adela said and looked at the man in his eyes. "Outsiders are not welcome in Marmoris, and you will not be excused by that rule." The man answered Adela.

Adela took a quick glance at Richard, "we are to go in, right now." Richard's voice was clean and firm, it was like an order from above.

Archers started pointing their bow and arrow at the two as a man slowly walked towards them.

"What is this commotion all about?" He asked as he was guarded by several tall man.

When Richard saw the man he quickly pulled Adela back. "We are expected by the queen." Richard said, "and who is that queen you are speaking of?" The man asked, "Queen Elenna."
