I'm scared! (yoonmin)

"I'm scared, hyung", said Jimin while looking out of the window to the graveyard⚰ . Yes, from his home he can see a graveyard because his neighborhood is located nearby.

" Don't be, Chim", whispered Yoongi as he hugged Jimin from behind, "I won't let a single human lay a finger on you".
Jimin smiled at his hyung's protectiveness as he turned around to hug Yoongi and bury his face on Yoongi's firm chest.

Yoongi could still see the graveyard. The dead body of their neighbour is laying there covered in blood. Someone murdered him and buried him in graveyard but someone reported the police👮 and now the investigation is going on.

" Hyung I-I think we should move out", said Jimin as he looked at Yoongi.
"Move out? We are not a coward Jimin. We can't just run away from situations like this. This is all life about", lectured Yoongi as he stroked Jimin's hair to calm him down. Jimin just sighed at Yoongi's words, refusing to hear more of his lecture of life.

A week later~

Jimin is feeling a little better now. A whole week with no murder at their building🏢. Don't get him wrong, it's just after they moved to this building, everyday a person will be killed by some serial killer (well that's what other people in the building believe) but what pained Jimin the most is the fact that the people who died are the ones who he tried to befriend.
'Maybe he doesn't deserve friendship', thought Jimin sadly.

"Hey! I thought you were going to go grocery shopping", said Yoongi, cutting Jimin's deep thoughts. Jimin turned around from where he's sitting on the sofa.

"Yup, it's just I'm feeling a little better today since there's no more crime in this building", cheered Jimin with a grin. Watching him Yoongi smiled too, "Watching you happy makes me happy too. You should head out now and be careful on your way. Call me when you reach there and when you leave from there".

"Aish! Hyung, you take too much care of me. Don't worry I'll follow what you said. Oh- and isn't it your day off today, I'll bring some special dish today for us", cheered Jimin as he hugged Yoongi before going out.

1 hour later~

Yoongi sat on his bed, watching some k-drama when he got a phone call from Jimin.

"Hello"

"Hyung! I'm coming back and guess what!? Get ready cuz I'll be bringing some crabs🦀🦀 for tonight-- oh okay bye"

Yoongi smiled to himself, thinking about how easily Jimin gets excited over little things like his day off.

He finished his k-drama episode and went out his apartment to go find Jimin so he could help him bring the groceries.

He was on his way when he saw Jimin standing in front of one of theirs neighbor's door talking to guy while clutching two bags in both hands.

Jimin's laugh echoed through the hallway when Yoongi reached him.
He took all the bags out of Jimin's hands which caught Jimin by surprise since he expected Yoongi to sleep at this time.

"I thought maybe you need some help", smiled Yoongi to Jimin than he turned to the other guy.
"Hello! Nice to meet you. I'm Yoongi", Yoongi introduced himself, offering the stranger a smile since he can't shake hands because of the groceries bags.
"Chris", smiled back the said stranger, " it's nice meeting you".

"Okay! Now we have to leave. Bye Chris", waved Jimin as he and Yoongi made their way to their apartment.
"Hyung you shouldn't have. It's your day off", protested Jimin.
"I can't let you pick these heavy groceries all the way up", answered Yoongi, getting a laugh in return.

That night Yoongi cooked them Crabs🦀🦀 which Jimin brought since Jimin can't cook.

The next day~ 

It's early in the morning, Yoongi is still sleeping on the bed but alone.

Jimin is sitting by the window from where he can see the graveyard. Tears were running down his cheeks as he watches Chris's body hanging from a tree near the graveyard. He sniffles when he felt a comforting hand on his shoulder.
"It happened again huh", asked Yoongi, removing his hand to give Jimin a backhug which he always does to calm Jimin down.

"I-I I'm scared Hyung", said Jimin as he took a hold of Yoongi's hands.
"Don't be Jimin. I won't let anyone lay a hand on yo-", assured Yoongi but Jimin cut him to it.

"It's not that. I'm starting to feel that these murders are somewhat connected to m-me"

"You're overthinking Chim"

"Remember when we shifted here and the guy from the next door brought us chocolates for the welcome, he died the other day hyung a-and when the guy who lives down the floor hugged me on m-my birthday-"

"Jimin- Jimin, you're just overthinking", scolded Yoongi as he hugged Jimin properly and wiped his tears.
"I hope I'm", sobbed Jimin.

But then a voice interrupted them, it's from the window of another apartment which is in front of them. A guy is standing there.

"HEY JIMIN! LET'S GO HANG OUT SOMEDAY", the guy yelled because of the distance.
Jimin still feeling emotional just waved at him. He still remembers why he wanted to shift here because this place is really crowded which is good for Jimin's social personality.

On the other hand Yoongi clenched his jaw hard. He feels bad for Jimin, now Jimin has to go through another murder breakdown.
