(Y/n) was only a toddler when her mother died due to villians...

(Y/n)'s P.O.V (5 years old)

"D-Daddy Stop!! P-Please Your h-hurting me" I yelled as my father slashed my back with a whip

"NO! ITS YOUR FAULT (M/N)(Mom's name) IS DEAD!! SHE WAS PROTECTING YOUR SORRY ASS BECAUSE YOU RAN OFF" He yelled at me making me remember my mother's death when I ran to the park and almost got killed by villians near by...

*Flashback*

"Mommy can I go to the park!!?" I asked in excitement as for I just had my favorite lunch

"No dear, not today" she said with a hint of worry in her voice due to the villian attacks nearby

"Aww ok.." (Y/n) said with a fake frown, little did (M/n) know that (Y/n) was planning to run to the park without her knowing

'Ok, she's gone!! Now's my chance!'

I thought as I ran down the block to the park but to my surprise nobody was there

"Huh? Where is everybody?" I quietly asked myself as the smell of smoke filled my nostrils

"Bleck! What is that smell?!" I yelled before a creepy man hit the ground fiercely in front of me
"Who are you!!??" I asked quivering in fear not even a second later a few heros showed up about 200ft away from us yelling something I couldn't make out

"(Y/N)!!!!! COME HERE NOW SWEETIE"
My mom anxiously yelled at me while running towards me
"O-ok mommy!" I shakily said while starting to run towards her but right before I got to her that strange man jumped in front of me
"Hello darling, why don't you come with me~" the strange man said in a creepy raspy voice

"No t-thanks mister!" I shook my whole body and ran to my mother when that guy sent a fireball at my back without me noticing.

"(Y/N) NO!!" My mother yelled pushing me out of the way and her getting hit and blown back a couple feet.
"MOMMY!!????" I Screamed as I ran to her limp body once I realized she was dead I turned to the creepy man.
"Why..Why would you kill Mommy..?" I asked with a mixture of sadness and anger in my voice

"Well my dear she got in the way" The man said with a deep voice giving off a murderous aura
I inhaled sharply and yelled "THATS NO REASON TO KILL MOMMY" I screamed at the top of my lungs

I stared him dead in the eyes and said "maybe you should join her" as soon as I said that he took a fireball in his hand and put it to his chest and killed himself...

"Oh no... What did I do" I asked myself as I sat down to my mother's dead body and silently cried will heroes ran to retrieve the villains body and to try and help me

*End of flashback*

"Your right" I said to my dirtbag father as he continued...

*Next Day*

I woke up somewhat excited to go to school to get away from my father, I went to the bathroom and finished bandaging myself up then brushed my teeth and hair.

'Hey at least today I get to see my best friend again...' I told myself while putting a small smile on my face

I went to my room and put on my (f/c) cat hoodie and leggings.

'Now to get out' I thought to myself while sneaking past my dad who was blackout drunk on the couch.

the second I opened the front door he started yelling so I ran

'Hitoshi's P.O.V'

I finally got to school and I'm looking forward to seeing (y/n) today it's been 2 days since I've seen her!! I can't wait to tell her what I got for her over the weekend

*Five minutes later*

(Y/n) came into the schoolyard panting, it must be her dad again I quietly thought to myself as I went to her
"A-are you ok (y/n)?"

"Y-Yea, it was just him again" she said in between breaths

I gently hugged her and gave her a small white key chain

(Y/n)'s POV

"Here" Hitoshi said quietly with a hint of excitement in his voice
"Huh? What's this?"

"It's a sign of friendship I had them custom-made so nobody else in the world has ones like this!! So if we ever get separated we'll know how to find each other!!" He said excitedly with only a small amount of worry in his voice

"Aww, thanks Toshi!" I said happily as I hugged him again
"Your Welcome Kitten" he said with the same amount of joy...

Little did he know that that joy would be gone in a matter of days...
