"My queen"

A gasp left your lips as those words reached your ears. You can't be his queen. You don't even know him and just got here. All you wanted to do is to find your brother and get out of this place. You miss your mom. You miss your family. Therefore, you cannot stay here a bit more.

You look at him and shakes your head. Your doe eyes meeting his soft ones.

" I'm sorry Your Highness. I am not your queen," his eyebrows furrow and his hand slowly left your cheek. He breathes a shaky breath. He shakes his head a 'no' and looks at his subjects.

" I order everyone to leave," all the people in the room shuffled out but not before bowing to the him. Since his eyes wasn't on you, you slowly yet quietly try to escape him. Keyword: try. His gaze snaps back at yours and he grasps your shoulder.

" no. You are not leaving. We have to talk," you sighed mentally and turn to look at him. You bow your head once again remembering what the Knight told you. He takes notice of your actions and frowned.

" don't bow down."

" pardon your Highness?"

" you're my equal, my queen. You shouldn't be down to me," you held your head high again.

" I'm sorry you're Highness."

" Yeonjun," you told your head in confusion.

" what?," he smiles at you and takes your hand then kisses the back of it.

" call me Yeonjun, my queen. May I know your name?"

" (Y/n)"

" and from what kingdom are you?," Okay. You do not know how to answer that one. What were you suppose to say? That you are from another world and woke up on his kingdom? Or maybe from the neighbouring kingdom? Oh wait, you remember that you once told Soobin that you live with Hueningkai.

" I live with Hueningkai sir," you answer. He stared at you for awhile which made you be a bit uncomfortable. Earlier he was so happy but now... His eyes somehow yearns for bloodshed. Was this man bipolar or what?

" oh really. I have never heard him talk about any girl that lives with him," his eyes darken from the thought of you with another man. He was not going to let this pass. You are his queen after all. You are only for him and only him.

" we just started living together for a few days," you gulp under his look and unconsciously take a step back. But as you step back, he advances at you.

" you know (Y/n). You shouldn't live with a man you just met right?"

From the inside, you wanted to roll your eyes. 'Shouldnt live with a man I just met? Yet here he is, claiming me that I'm his? This man should really make up his mind,' you thought.

" you're right your majesty. I shouldn't live, nor should I trust a man I just met. Doesn't that apply also to you?," you met his eyes bravely. You stopped your steps but he didn't to the point that the both of you are only just a few inches from each other.
