You burst out of laughter. This guy can't get any funnier. What? This place isn't anywhere near England or even Great Britain. He's truly talking about a kingdom. Knights. And stuff. Maybe that crow was part of the act. And even that giant flower lamp post.

The guy turned around at you with an emotion that made you petrified and has stopped your laughter. He stops walking and so do you, afraid what he might do.

" I guess since you're new here. I am gonna need you to abide by this kingdom's rules. Rule number 5, you may not speak ill or hatred of this kingdom. Anyone who says such words shall be sentenced to death. But I guess we can make exceptions" he says with a smile.

Your brows furrow in confusion.

" Kai. If I may clarify what's happening, this place is so much different from England or whatsoever. I thank you for your help but I may wake up any moment now. This is all impossible. It's just a messed up dream," You say. His smile doesn't leave his charming face.

" Maiden. Do anything you want but I promise that this is not a dream," his clear words opposite to what you just said.

" want to test that theory?"

They say that when you pinch or slap yourself in your dream, you wake up. Hey it's worth a try right? So you did, many times.. Kai's eyes turned wide like plates as he sees you do that to yourself. He holds your hands to stop you from going any further.

" Maiden. You should not hurt yourself for such nonsense. Your beautiful skin turned red. What if those will turn into bruises. Now hurry up. We need to rush if you want to find your cousin," he says. Both of you continue on your way but his hand is still holding yours.

" Kai. You can let go of my hand now," You say, blushing. He glances at you for awhile and turns his attention in the road.

" then what? Let you hurt yourself. I'm sorry dear maiden. But no" he simply says. Silence is what both of you heard. However, it is a calming one.

In your way, you can't help but think. How long do you have to walk? Until you see a house? Your legs are getting tired though. You clearly walked far and yet you still don't spot a single house.

" hey Kai. How long do we walk until we get there? I'm tired," you whined. He let's go of your hand and stops. Then, he turns around showing his emotionless face. This got you confused. Why did he...? Wait.

" Kai! What are you doing?! Put me down! Hey!," you yell.

" stop being loud Maiden. You earlier complained about how tired you were so I carried you. Now you want me to put you down? What do you clearly want me to do to you dear Maiden?," he asks, eyebrows furrowed and head tilted a bit.

" I...," you trailed off.

He's right.

You complained about how tired you were and now that he found a solution to your problem, you want him to put you down. You got lost and he helps you. You want to find your cousin and he still helps you. But what did you do to him? Nothing. Oh why are you such a burden to him already.

" it's okay Maiden. You are not that heavy so there is nothing to worry about. We are almost there. My horse is somewhere near here. Both of us can ride it back to my friend's house," he smiles. You just nod and this caused his smile turn wider.

For about 15 minutes, you can view a sight of a white horse in a diamond armor tied to a blue-leaf tree. Okay. You are starting to like this world already.
