i did it.

i quit my paradise, my volleyball club, my school that i love so much but i guess all would be worth it. it will be, right?

i feel absolutely horrible and it's not because of my resignation, it's probably because i didn't get the chance to say good bye to all my precious members.

please live well, forget about me.

"Has anyone contacted Tendou? He wasn't in class awhile ago too," Reon asks. The team shrugged, he looked at his phone, no text nor calls nor anything from the red head— Reon already had a gut feeling that something was up.

"Don't bother," Coach Washijo answered his question, "The boy submitted his withdrawal form this morning, he's not coming back," he finished, pursing his lips into a straight line,  keeping his stern face.

"W-what do you mean coach..? That w-wasn't a nice joke," Tsutomu nervously says, unable to grasp what the older man had just said, his eyes were wide in shock— Satori, someone who he considers as an amazing senpai that loved volleyball so much can't just quit so suddenly, right?

Washijo kept himself silent, the whole team reciprocated that sullen quietness but that was until Tsutomu's soft sniffles were heard. "I-i thought we were going to nationals together? He promised me!"

"Goshiki, calm down," it was no use, the raven haired only cried more. Hayato went and wrapped an arm around his shoulder, his face also in distress.

The whole team's mood slumped at the end of practice, it was quiet throughout it. No sardonic jokes, teasing nor songs to annoy them— their miracle boy was gone.

What particularly bothered them most this practice was Wakatoshi. He was hitting his spikes stronger than ever that the ball could almost reach the ceiling. He was giving out strong serves, even harder to recieve or dig for.

The Shiratorizawa team knew that their ace, whose always calm and collected was taking out his emotions on the poor volleyball.
