(Jessie's house)
"Jessie come down stairs please!" I practically yelled. "Coming" he shouted. He clambered down the stairs. Omg he looked so hot. I am a wimp for guys in beanies. "Hey sexy" he teased. I was wearing a crop top and sweatpants. "Haha too funny" i said as I playfully slapped his arm. "So what did you need?" He asked. "I just wanted to tell you we are going to your aunts house." "For what?" "Oh you know" I said Impatiently.
Today was his birthday and he knew something was up. His mother, Cathleen, and I planned a surprise birthday bash at his aunts house. And with it, an Xbox one . "Come on, you can't keep the birthday boy waiting." he pleaded. "Ok, we're going in 2 hours so be ready." "me? What about you!?" "I'll get changed but no peaking!" "Haha I'm not a perv.!"
I had slept over at his house in the living room since it was late and we had to leave early the next day. I took my bag into the bathroom and changed into nice leggings and a lace blouse. dresses and shirt skirts weren't really my thing. I got out and sat next to Jessie watching mtv. we just kind of hung out until Jessie's mom got back home.
"Hi miss. Cathleen!" I said hugging her and taking her bags. "have you kids been alright?" "Haha we're not ten, mom." He said behind me. we laughed along and went to the kitchen, helping unpack the groceries. Jessie looked at the clock and started jumping in the air saying; "it's almost time, it's almost time!" His mother shot me a glance as I calmly told her I lonely told him where and when so he could get ready in time. "we should probably go it's 1:49 already" he said in excitement. I couldn't help but laugh at his two-year-old-type-mood. I went along grabbing my purse and his birthday card alongside it.
Once we got there, there was blue streamers and a happy birthday sign on the door. we went inside and it was dark. I switched in the lights as people popped up from behind the couch, curtains, chairs, and table. He was actually surprised. I thought he saw it coming. He immediately went around hugging everyone and thanking them for coming. When he got to me, I told him it was my idea and his mom and I planned it. "your the bestest friend in the world!" He said hugging me and picking me off the ground with a twirl. "I didn't know you were that strong!" I jokingly said squeezing his bicep. "well, I have been working out" he laughed.
We went to the kitchen, arm in arm, and he cut the cake. After opening all presents, he thanked me again for thinking if him. I felt so touched and hugged him. he hugged back.
