we got to my house and and the second we walked inna door i smelled sum GOOD ass food. see this why i love stayin home wit my momma and jus chillin watchin netflix and hulu. cant get no good shit like this at some lame ass party.
buttt it has been a long time since i popped out wit my girls. senior year i really tried to make sure my grades was a1 so i could get into gsu. i also worked on my own personal goals like snatching dis waist, clear skin, and allat. oh yea and i been chasin my bag.
das actually how me and karter got close. we was workin at the same mf run down ass movie theater clownin everybody who walked in. the management was mad chill and it was like a lil family up innere. she just so happened to go to the same school as me and malia.
they headed upstairs to my room while i walked inna kitchen where my momma was. "hey lil girl yall had fun?" she pulled some mac n cheese out the oven. "yupp theres supposed to be dis lil party goin on tonight andddd we was invited to go so.." i made a puppy dog face.
"i knew u came in here wanting something. dont think jus cause u outta high school u runnin shit either." i know this not bout to turn into some lecture. "cause i definitely didn't hear no question in the last statement u made." she looked me up and down.
"oh okay, mother can me and nem go to this lil party tonight?" i cheesed. "get out my face." she left the kitchen. we gone take that as a yes.
before i went upstairs i made myself a plate of food and turned on grey's anatomy on netflix.

After i finished downstairs and got to my room they was both ready sittin on my bed deep in they phone. i jus jumped inna shower and threw sum on quick so we could finally head out since it was already 3 o'clock.
"damn jae u took forever and a dayyy the party over now." karter pouted. "girllaa lets go."
we headed to chipotle den to this new bomb ass nail salon that opened. its not like the asians innere but its just a whole buncha nail techs that came together and opened up a spot. we love supporting black businesses.
we was all sittin pretty close to eachother vibin to the music that was playin. "soo jaela i never figured out what happened to u and yosohn. i know yall wasnt together together but i thought yall was chillin and hangin out." malia was beign nosey as usual.
he really was old news like ion know i feel like he took melo's side when he and malia had their lil beef. like i know thats yo bro or whatever but he was in the wrong.. so how that make sense.
"cause i didn't like how he was still cool wit melo like.. it didn't sit right wimme." i shrugged.
"from what i seen they fell off too. melo been movin weird since yall broke up malia, i think he miss u. and jaela i think u should try things out again cause u never know. did u foreal ask him or u just assumed he still rocking out wit him?"
see karter is dumb as fuck but she gives good ass advice too. like malia my ride or die but if i got some real shit to work out i go to karter. "yess what she said. jus cause melo ain't shit don't mean u and yosohn had to dead it too." malia looked at me.
i stayed quiet but i thought ab what they was sayin. but im not bout to run behind that man soo if we happen to see each other then maybe we could make sum shake.

by the time we finished runnin around findin sum to wear and allat it was bout 8 and we still wasn't even ready. i had to install they hair earlier and im jus now finishin up.
they finished getting ready first so they took some flicks while i put my eyelashes on.
