Trapped (A Roblox Story)

Chapter 1: Research

Lana's POV:
"Lana! Wake up, silly goose!" I heard, upon waking
up on the ground. I wanted to know who was calling me. It was my best friend Destiny, who I've been best friends with for YEARS already. She showed me a card with "Innocent" on it. "What's that?" I ask. She replies with: "It's a role for you. Your card is right here." She picks it up and gives it to me.

I get "Innocent" aswell. I show it to her and she's not surprised at all. I look down at the card, and see "20% Murderer Chance". I show it to Destiny and turn my head. I question it, saying: "What's the Murderer Chance thing?" She replies saying it was like the old Flicker and that's your chance of being Murderer.

So this is a Murder Mystery. Pretty cool. I stand up and take Destiny's hand, while I shove the card in my pocket. I smile at her, hoping we will both survive in this mess. As soon as she gets up, she does the same. I question where to run, because in almost every tunnel I could find, there were people standing in it.

I take the one infront of me, leaving Destiny on her own. I can't take her with me; we will look like a team or the Murderer will know we are innocent. I can see something sharp and pointy in the distance, ready to slice something open for anything that passes by.

I assume that is the Murderer, so I head back and take another tunnel. I find a red room completely filled with bodies. One of them is open for research; so I pressed a button to see if there was still use for it.

I passed out for a minute. My mind was deeply falling apart trying not to think of anything. My eyes are forced to close. My body is forced to stay as still as can be. I wake up in one of the huge tubes. Are they gonna do research on me..? Then a scientist walks in.

I watch as the first person gets pulled out of their tube. The scientist calls someone's name. It seems to be the name "Max." I wonder who that is. A boy comes in, and the scientist says they found someone new to do research on, but for now they'd do it in order.

"Sounds like a plan." I could hear the boy say.

Max's POV:
My assistant H-24 takes the first person out of the tube. "So, we'll start with him?" he says. I nod at him. I check if any other test subjects are awake. But.. why was there a girl in one of the tubes? Her eyes are clearly open. Oh yeah, H-24 said there was a new test subject, so it's probably her.

I see her close her eyes immediately, and I turn on the "Immediate Sleep" for that tube. She heads to sleep. I go back to H-24 as he drags the first body. He pulls it past something..  fascinating. He enters the body in another tube and it teleports away. "Player Innocent." H-24 says. He runs back to get the other bodies.

After a few minutes

That took a damn long time, but I could work with it. The last body we had to do was the girl. "Call J-27." I say. H-24 yells his name. After a while, I see J-27. He pulls out the girls body and places her in the teleporter, passing by the fascinating thing. "Player Innocent.." J-27 sighs.

I guess we can't find the murderer on our own..
I get all players back through the teleporter.

Lana's POV:
I wake up infront of a teleporter with tons of other bodies, scattered around me. Some of them wake up, most of them don't. I stand up and walk to see something so beautiful I can't get my eyes off of it.

I never knew a scientist could make this. I saw a bubble-bath with two tubes looking similar to the teleporter. There was so much to see and do here! Time to explore while I still can!

I hear a scream and a stab happen. It sounded like Destiny, and she was innocent.. so did she die? No way. No fricking way.. I don't want to be violent.. but why the f**k? It should have been me.

I quickly get my mind off of it and shake my head. I jump in the bubble bath and it feels like actual water. Though it's more of a soft liquid when it gets on my skin; and my clothing doesn't get wet from it. The liquid slowly starts behaving as bacteria and crawls under my skin; freezing me. While that, I start to itch badly. When I froze, the itch stopped.

I feel my head getting pushed in the bubble bath completely. "Are you the Murderer?!" someone screams. I assume that's the Sheriff, and she was the one who put me down. I say no, stuttering as in fear.

Sheriff/Hannah's POV:
I push a girl's head down the bubblebath, slightly hearing her mumble, stuttering, as if she were scared. "I love your act. Should we liquid the water up more, huh?" I ask her. She screams "NO!" and I check her pockets to find her card. It says "Innocent."

Hmm, she was right. I shouldn't have done that. I pull her out, and immediately apologize. "I'm sorry Ma'am. I'm the Sheriff and have to do immediate checks if I find someone around here because everyone has to hide their card." She tells me it's okay, and it's always confusing in this sort of "game."

I wonder if it's actually a game. This is sort of a life simulator, except you don't expect these things and you can live without things that affect your mental health when you don't use them in reality.

I breathe in and out. "My name's Hannah. How can I call you?" I ask the girl. "Lana." she replies. "Pretty name." I tell her. I pull out the gun, as a sign I'm gonna continue hunting. "See ya!" I say.

"Bye.." the girl says.

Lana's POV:
Well then, I guess that's proof I'm not the Murderer. After all, there's not alot of time left to survive. Realizing alot of people have died and I haven't noticed though.

I hear a bag coming behind my back, to turn around and seeing that same boy with his two scientists; putting me in the bag, making me having a loss of breath while in it. My mouth gets taped and I get dragged away.

I wake up in the same room from last time again, with the same bodies. "Okay guys, wake up!" I hear from the boy. He presses a button on each tube except for mine and a screen pops up on every tube with a weird code.

"It's time for session 2!" the boy says. Every body stands in fear, and I just wonder why..
