No ones POV
Becky was walking up to the building where they were supposed to have the Council meeting. That's when she saw Seth about to walk inside.
"Hey Seth, wait up!" She yelled as she ran up to him. "Hey Becks! Your late, as always." He said then chuckled. "And so are you, as always." She added back. Which made them both laugh.
They both walked into the building, and then into the Council Meeting room.
Becky's POV
Seth and I made our way into the meeting, and may I say they did not look happy.
"YOU TWO ARE LATE!" Council leaders number 1 yelled, as me and Seth walked into the room. "Yea, yea. We know." Seth said a role of his eyes, which made me chuckle.
"What's so funny Ms. Lynch!?" Council leader number two asked me. "Whatever I'm laughing at old man." I said which caused Seth to burst out laughing, which then made me laugh. May I just say the Council did not look happy.
"Let's just get on with the meeting." Council leader number 3 said clearly annoyed, which made me role my eyes. Oh! Did I mention my older brother Josh is part of the Council. Yea... we despise each other. We were close when me were younger but then he started acting like he was better than everyone else and started to get really competitive and petty over unnecessary things. We then drifted apart and he's been cold to me ever since. We also had a another brother Michael but I called him Mikey, who died 3 years ago in a School Shootout. He put himself in front of a bunch of his classmates to save them from the bullets. He was 16, I was 12 at the time and Josh was 25. He was also my best friend other than Colby of course. I really miss him, but there's nothing I can do about the pain I feel everyday when I don't see him annoying our mom about buying him new video games or letting him hangout with his friends. I really miss just chilling with him and playing pranks on other people with him.
Council leader number 1 then started to say,"For all the disruption you two have caused for the past 10 years, you two shall be punished!" She finished hitting her gravel (wooden mallet) on the table. "What have we done that was that bad?" Seth questioned.
Council number 2 then bought out a really long list which I'm guessing is written all of the bad and destructive things we had done. "You two have set of the sprinklers at school, created an ongoing crash collision on the highway, stole food and candy from basically everything single store in town, skipped class and school, stole really expensive clothes, jewelry and other items from some of the richest families in town, and the worst of of you two burnt down Town Hall and almost killed the Mayor's Daughter!" He yelled. "Shall I go on?" He questioned. "Um no I think we get it." Seth spoke up.
"To be fair, would anyone really care if "Ms. All that, I'm a daddy's girl" of a daughter ended up you know. Dead?" I asked. Which got all the 3 Council leaders heated... Literally. "I mean... we didn't mean to hurt her. It was an honest mistake." I obviously lied. They Mayor's daughter's name is Valerie. Me and Seth can't stand her. She thinks she owns everybody, everything, and the town. Which, News flash she doesn't! Anyway Seth and I stole fire works from the party department of the mall. We only bought them to play a prank on Valerie but something went wrong and we ended up burning down the Mayor's office and almost killing Valerie. I know I probably sound like a bad person saying this because, well I am. I really wouldn't care if Valerie ended up burnt to a crisp.
That's when Council leader number 3 aka my brother Josh spoke up. "You two will be punished for all of the destruction and chaos you have caused in this town." He said with authority. "What are you gonna do make us clean the teacher's whiteboards?" I mocked making Seth laugh.
"No! You too with be punished by spending the rest of High School on Earth." He stated.
"WHAT?!?" Seth and I yelled.
"We can't spend high school with humans and their nasty dogs and cats." Seth said in disgust. "I agree, I can't stand humans ." I stated.
"You two should have thought about that before you two decided to wreck havoc on half the town!" Council leader number 1 shouted. But that's what we do. We're the town's troubled makers, we're supposed to cause trouble.
(Time Skip)
No body's POV
After the meeting Becky and Seth were sent home to pack up there stuff and to say bye to their families.
Wirh Seth
Seth walked into the house frustrated. He told his father what happened and had to tell his brother was brother was going away for a little while. The Council allowed Seth to take Adler his Shadow monkey and long as she stays in the shadows. Seth gave his little brother his old signature leather jacket and said goodbye to his father.
With Becky (same time as Seth)
Becky walked into the house irritated because she really despised humans. Almost as much as she despises Josh. Becky told her mom what happened and her mother was a little upset because Becky was the only one left in the house with her. Becky's father only wanted boys so when he found out about his third child being a girl he dipped, never to be seen again. Becky went upstairs to start packing and her mother helped. Becky got her pendent that her bother Michael gave to her on her 9th birthday and put it on. She was allowed to bring Egan her baby dragon as long as he stayed hidden. When Becky was done packing her stuff, she said bye to to mother one last time. She even shed a few tears as she made her way out of the door.
Seth's POV
Me and Becky met back at the Councils office. Where we were supposed to be teleported to the human world. "Where are we even supposed to live?" Becky asked from beside me. "You two will be sent to a foster home." Council leader number 1 said. Ugh! Now we have to live with humans?! "Ew, more humans." Becky groaned. "You two will be attending Dolphin Bay High in Miami Florida. You two are only to use your powers in emergencies, and Becky your eyes with be turned to a natural Hazel color so no one will start asking questions and getting suspicious. Of course if you get excited, upset, or frustrated your eyes with go red like they normally do, so try to control your emotions." I then heard Becky groan again. "We already registered the both of you for school so that shouldn't be a problem, and your foster family know you are coming so that's also taken care of." Council leader number 3 stated.
"Follow me." Council member number 2 demanded. So, Becky and I gathered our bags and followed him to this big red door. "This is the door to the human world, you both may now step through.
I reluctantly step through the door way. I turned around to see Becky hesitating to step through so Council leader 3 gave her a little shove to make her go through the door.
We were both had made our way through the door already. We then started to looked at our surroundings . "Wow." We said at the same time. High School is going to be Hell. Literally.
