Renjun's parents and his cousin rushed into the hospital and Chenle ran up to them "Hey baby are you okay" Renjun's mum said holding his face and checking to see if he was okay
"I'm sorry I should be their not him" Chenle whispered
"No honey it isn't your fault" Renjun's mum said hugging Chenle
"Your parents will be here soon they had to pick up some stuff for you and your friends" Chenle nodded and brought them over to where everyone else was
"Do you know any news" Chenle shook his head
"The doctor said that he might not be out of surgery for a few hours why does he even need it he was hit by a car not shot" Chenle said getting angry
*5 hours later*
"Are you the ones here for Huang Renjun" a women said walking up to everyone
"Yes I'm his mother how is he"
"When he was in the ambulance the paramedics noticed an injury to his abdomen and it turned out a piece of glass had logged itself and nearly penetrated his kidney"
"So he'll be okay then" His father asked
"Well when he landed a few ribs broke and one punctured his lung he also had damage to his head so we don't know how badly his brain was damaged right now he is in a critical but stable condition" The doctor said
"When will we get to talk to him" Jaemin asked
"You can visit him in the morning but we had to put him into a coma to help his recovery and so we know his brain isn't swelling so maybe a week or so and we will try to bring him out"
"You should probably all go home it's late and you can't see him till the morning I'll call with any updates" Renjun's parents nodded
"Thank you kids for staying here" Renjun's father said
*Next Morning*
"Hey guys his parents just left to pick up his cousins the doctor said we should talk to him" Chenle said
"I'll go first since I'm the oldest" Mark said
"Why do you get to go first we should go from the youngest" Jisung argued
"Let's go oldest" Jeno said and pushed Mark to the door
"Haha suck it" mark said and walked inside
"Sup Renjun see your still asleep kinda lame if I do say so myself" Mark said sitting down next to him
"Yeah I know I was meant to be in Canada but I couldn't be there while you where kicking it in the hospital"
"Oh did you hear Jeno and Jaemin finally confessed"
"They also like you but don't tell them I told you that" Mark whispered
"Remember when we first met I swear you could see Jeno getting so jealous that you and Jaemin where talking now I know why" Mark teased
"Anyway you need to get better I know you're strong and you can do it" Mark smiled
"I had a baguette before and that shit was tasty"
"Dammit you are meant to laugh you immobile bastard" Mark chuckled
"Okay I'm lowkey glad you in coma so that you heard nothing" Mark smiled
