7. Drunken Truths

*3rd Person P.O.V*

After everyone had eaten and bought all the shit they wanted they made their way to the Markhyuck household

"I'm telling you Harry Potter is better than Percy Jackson it's literally non-negotiable" Jeno said to Jaemin

"No Percy Jackson is better you idiot" Jeno scoffed

"Our books are better" Jeno said while Jaemin laughed

"There is like three series of Percy Jackson" Jeno rolled his eyes and told him to elaborate

"First is Percy Jackson then Hero's of Olympus and finally Trials of Apollo" Jaemin smiled proudly

"Well the Harry Potter movies are better"

"We all know the Percy Jackson movies are shit but at least we're getting a Disney adaptation" Jeno rolled his eyes

"Let's settle this with a vote" Jaemin nodded

"Mark and Hyuck what's better Percy Jackson or Harry Potter" Mark rolled his eyes and Donghyuck scoffed

"Not getting involved in your bullshit" Donghyuck said and turned away from them, Mark did the same

"Chenle and Jisung what are better the-" Jaemin started but was cut off by Chenle

"Nope don't even start on those two because I hear Renjun talk to me about them too much I am done I like neither anymore" Chenle said and Jisung just shook his head

"So I guess it's a tie then" Jeno said

"Your just saying that cause you know Percy Jackson is better" Jaemin smirked

"Okay before you two start a new world war take these and drink" Donghyuck said hand them both a cup

After awhile Jeno and Jaemin were drunk and singing into the unknown, Mark was trying to flirt with Donghyuck {key word trying} Chenle was saying he could fly while Jisung was standing there trying to keep him from hurting himself, Renjun was trying to calm down Jaemin and Jeno but ended up caving and started drinking too

"I'm telling you Percy Jackson is better" Jaemin said

"Your crazy" Jeno said

"Both of you shut up and sit down" Renjun said, he was only tipsy so he could still think straight, that was until Chenle opened his mouth and said eight devastating words

"I can see the stars again my lady" Renjun lost it

"How dare you bring up Zoe's death okay I am still not over it okay I will kill you for reminding me of that" He yelled out

"You stupid ass, dumbass, bitch ass idiot why would you say that" Jaemin cried out

Jeno Giggled "That was a lot of ass"

"Just like Mark hyung" Donghyuck said proudly, both Jisung and Mark facepalmed

Donghyuck's phone started ringing so he excused him to answer it leaving the chaos behind him hen he walked into his room "Hello this is Donghyuck who are you"

"Hyuck darling it's been forever"  A voice responded, it was Mark's mum

"Hello Mrs Lee what was the purpose of this call"

"Well my idiot son has decided to stay in that country so far away from his parents and refuses to come home and I think you are the cause of that"  Donghyuck rolled his eyes

"If Mark wanted to go back to Canada he would it is not my choice what he does with his life" Donghyuck said getting a little angry

"He needs to come home or he will regret it"  Donghyuck rolled his eyes

"Sure he does give me one good reason that you haven't already said"

"His father has cancer the doctors gave him a few months before he dies"  Donghyuck scoffed

"Really you go as far as saying that his father will die that's low even for you"

"I'm not lying I am many things Donghyuck but a liar is not one of them"  Donghyuck sighed, he knew that

"Why wouldn't you just tell him that" Donghyuck yelled

"He would never believe me and I think your the only one who can convince him"  Donghyuck sighed

"Why would he believe me"

"Please just get him to come home even if it's just for a few weeks to say goodbye he doesn't even have to take the flight this Sunday but please" Donghyuck felt torn he didn't know whether to believe her or not

"I'll try"

"You can't tell him Donghyuck"

"Okay "

"Thank you Hyuck" She hung up the phone and Donghyuck sat down trying to think about what he just agreed to

He walked out and tried to put it our of his mind at least until tomorrow. When he got back into the living room, Renjun was siting in between Jeno and Jaemin while they were clinging onto him, Chenle was on Jisung's back while Jisung looked like he was dying and Mark was lying on the floor talking to himself

"Mark hyung are you okay" Donghyuck sat next to him

"Hug me" He muttered while pulling Donghyuck onto him

"Hyung let go" Donghyuck whined but Mark held on tighter

Chenle was talking to Jisung in a mix of Mandarin and Korean

"Lele I don't understand you when you don't speak Korean" Jisung said

"You wanna know what I said" Jisung nodded

"I said I was sad you only see me as a friend I have liked you for a long time even though we only talked online" Chenle said sadly

"Lele you don't know what your saying you're drunk" Jisung said

"But I do know I really like you" Jisung shook his head

"You're drunk Lele please don't say stuff like that" Chenle looked sad for awhile but eventually started smiling

"I should probably take you home you look tired" Chenle nodded

"Renjun do you want me to take you home as well since I'm taking Chenle" Renjun nodded and tried to get up from Jeno and Jaemin's grip

"Guys let go please" He whispered

"Don't leave us Renjunnie" Jaemin said cutely

"Please stay with us" Jeno muttered

"I have to go home I'll see you two later" They sighed and let go

"Your going out with us tomorrow" Jeno said and Renjun nodded

"Come one Jisung let's get this drunk child home" The two helped Chenle out, Jisung drove them both home before getting home himself

Mark ended up falling asleep on the floor while Donghyuck fell asleep next to him, Jeno and Jaemin fell asleep cuddling each other on the couch.
