Hello everybody, I hope you're surviving through the loss of Steven Universe well.
Theres sad news I must (finally) bring up now. I'm sure you were expecting it..
I'm stopping production of UnderGem...
It's for many, MANY reasons, and I'm wanting to explain them now so you all wont be in the dirt (please read until the end)
#1: My Hiatuses
Obviously I have lied oh so many times about being active. And now with this new tablet, I'm sure to try and actually not be a hypocrite on this. You saw the countless years I left this alone, which goes to my next reasoning.
#2: Aged Badly
The writing on these is terrible. I will legit throw this fic into a dumpster if I had the chance. But with it being my most popular (as of 7-26-20) I am keeping it up. I would love to rewrite the series once again, but man, that's lame.
#3: I'm Growing Up
It's been almost 2 years since I first written this fic. I was a wee little 7th grader back then. But I'm a Sophomore now, I have work I'm gonna get piled on as well as countless amounts of drama I'm yet to endure for legit no reason. I'm really busy with many things.
#4: Working On Other Fanfictions/Stories
I have many projects I'm yet to work on. Including B.I.V (A SU Fanfiction) and T.O.T.P (An OC Oneshot Compilation). I dont want to force myself to work on something I dont really like. I have passion projects and I need to work more on them than I do UnderGem
#5: UnderGem Is Getting Reset
I am completely hauling UnderGem and remaking it from scratch.
Now that Steven Universe officially ended with no other things I have to stop production to see, I am recasting and renovating everything you have read and onward. UnderGem will not be a Copypasta anymore. Just wait until further info on its production comes out. How? Just go through my Authors Notes Journal for further info on UnderGem's renovations.
Once again, I am very sorry for stopping UnderGem's production. I am sure some of you really liked where it was going, but I cant just keep on abandoning it like this.
May you rest well UnderGem, you were literal garbage..
