Chap 21

Ilang araw na rin ang nakalipas simula nunng ipinatawag kami sa gym,  iniannounce lang naman na magkakaroon ng final examination within a month.

And you know what ganun pa rin ang sitwasyon namin ng royalties, we're like strangers.

Nalaman ko na rin ang sagot sa mga tanong ko. I've learned that the goddesses were deceived by their friend Darkia. That time when they thought that Darkia was missing,  she was commanded to kill every person in that village including her friends. She doesn't want to do it but she couldn't do anything because if she doesn't obey Her Father's order, her mother and brother will be killed. But after that time, she felt guilty and is about to run away and ask for forgiveness from her friends but it didn't happened because she saw how happy they are even without her. She saw how satisfied they were with their new friends. And that's when she started to hate and loathe her friends. She became selfish and she craved for power so that one day she will show how miserable she felt and take revenge from the five goddesses especially to the goddess of Ice. Then, 17 years ago Darkia cursed the every Ice Elemental user but goddess Icelle came and using her full power she successfully lifted the curse and made a strong protection for us. However, what the goddess did has a consequence. People never saw the goddess of Ice since then.

Now I realize, Icelle saved a lot of lives. She sacrificed herself for us to be saved. Maybe you're wondering how come I can see her. It's because I am the one who visits them so meaning she's in their world and she can't go in this world.  She's too weak now, once she leave their world, she will die.  Its true that goddesses are immortals however, there's always a limit in everything. She WAS immortal but because of what she did,  she became fragile.

"Look who's here. How are you my dear cousin? " nakangising wika ng palaka na nasa tabi ko. I didn't bother to look at her.

"Masaya ba? Look at you you're all alone and no one wants to befriend you. " natatawa niyang sabi.

Nandito kami ngayon sa office ng tatay ni Zayne. Ipintawag kami dahil may mission daw kami.

"I called you here to give you a mission. " tumigil siyang sandali at tinignan kami isa isa. "The King of Ice Kingdom gave you this mission. Damn dude! Grabe yung kaba ko kanina sa office, ito naman kasing prinsesa na 'to kung ano ano pa sinasabi eh yan tuloy nagalit tatay ni pareng Blaise. Napalingon ako sa direksyon ni Leah. Nakita ko kung nagpipigil siya ng tawa.

Kasi diba isa pa if she's really a spy bakit andito pa siya kung marami ng nakakaalam na spy siya? Bakit di pa siya gumawa ng kaguluhan dito? Bakit hanggang ngayon wala pa ring makapagpatunay na spy talaga siya?

"Totoo ba?" tanong ko ng hindi tumitingin sa kanya. Sa harap lang ako nakatingin habang naglalakad. Alam ko alam niya kung ano ang tinatanong ko.

"No. " napangiti ako sa sagot niya. Kahit hindi ko nakikita ang mukha niya o ang reaksyon niya alam kong nagsasabi siya ng totoo. Ngayon alam ko na.
