Made this because I wanna share more about my son River so here we go-

Now for some info
-River is considered an Outcode as his AU had been long destroyed so he has no place of identity anymore -He has no memory of his old AU's name and any friends or familys faces are a blurry memory after traveling for so long. Though this is mostly because he has blocked any unpleasant memories after the incident -He isn't a resident in the Omega Timeline as he has some trust issues and tries to avoid speaking to Core!Frisk, neither have they met. River has only heard others speak of them and has never seen them before -The only reason he has never seen Core!Frisk after his AU was destroyed was because a member from P.R.O.M.I.S.E had found him first alone in his ruined AU and let him join their group -While he does have regular sans abilities like gaster Blasters, bones, and a blue attack he can also summon a spear, though it is less powerful than his other attacks -River received the necklace around his neck as a present from Horizon -His primary eyelight color is white but it glows a deep blue when using his magic -Shortly after joining P.R.O.M.I.S.E River devoted himself to helping others with ruined AU's like his and protecting his teammates -Ink, Error, Dream, and anyone else from Nightmares gang or the Star Council have never heard of him or P.R.O.M.I.S.E as they relatively only appear in very old AU's that decide to finally crumble assuming Ink and the rest will save healthier AU's from destruction. Older AU's are long forgotten from the creator and anyone else so they mainly will focus on them. Though, the rescues either rarely join or are teleported to other AU's, Ink has been hearing very small talk about them from suddenly appearing residents in other AU's

Ah, and P.R.O.M.I.S.E is my own made up organization consisting of 26 members. They didn't last long though as all of the members either fled to never be heard of again or died in their final battle. This organization will only be mentioned in the future of my AWAWF book. I'm happy to answer details about them as well
