Melia's p.o.v
Me and Adam went to go see Mason, I don't know why Adam wanted to see him too. That guy, he's from that lab, that's not good. I walked in the nurse office and there was Mason, his face is so still, but somehow though he's trying not to show it, he looks bothered. "We need to talk" he said. Adam closed the door and sat down, so did I. "Adam knows about your little secret" said Mason. My heart stopped and I was frozen, before I could say anything Adam said "Relax honey bunny I'm not gonna say anything" "don't ever call me that again" I replied. "Come on honey bunny, it's cute" Mason said in a teasing way. I'm so done with these 2. "You need to tell us more about how the hell you have 3 fires and why that guy I just fought knows too" Mason said pretty seriously. I still can't say anything, not yet. "Do you 2 trust me?" I asked. Mason and Adam nodded, I told them to trust that I'm not telling them for a good reason. They really didn't believe me, "Let Melia know, the boss is waiting" Mason said. I stopped in my tracks, Just 'boss' makes me want to run out right this second, and never look back. I felt their eyes on me, waiting for me to say something about it, but its like I couldn't speak or move. "You don't have to tell us now, but you can't hide it forever" Mason said. I finally turned around "Well he was probably just trying to get under your skin, don't worry about it" I said smiling. Adam and Mason just stared at me until I left, I went to the restroom to breathe and calm down. "I want a rematch" I heard someone say behind me, Sara. Ugh, why can't you just leave me alone. Before I can say anything she attacked me, I took the hit then walked away. I'm not a fan of fighting when I don't exactly need to. Sure I'll fight this day, but other then that, I'd rather not hurt people. Sara chased me, kept trying to fight. Eventually she pulled my hair and I fell to the ground.
Mason's p.o.v
I got the ok to walk so I went to go get food. I saw a crowd of people, it was odd, no cheering. It was just silent, shock. I went to see what was happening, Mel was on the floor taking the hits from Sara. "FIGHT ME YOU BITCH!! I KNOW YOU CAN!!" Sara was yelling. I intervened without even realizing. Mel took a lot of hits, but she wasn't crying. I helped her up, she thanked me then started to walk away. "Why didn't you fight back?" I asked. She stopped and just stood there. "I just, I just don't like unnecessary fights. It didn't hurt really, I've had worse" she said calmly. What a odd girl. "Still should get it checked out, so you can fight. After all, you are next" I said. She smiled and walked away. I can't help but notice the way she fights, almost like she's done it a thousand times. Yes we train a lot, but we don't learn what she knows. She makes me more curious every time we talk.
Melia's p.o.v
I was ready for my fight, before I went out I was stopped by Mason. "At least tell me something Mel" he said. "Let's just say, I came from a bad place. A place that I ran away from" I responded. "So you ran away from your fam-" "don't ever call those people my family" I interrupted. He nodded and I left. I was to fight this girl, I don't know her name though. I felt like I was over heating a bit, I can handle this, I won't stop until I absolutely have to.
Mason's p.o.v
The fight began, Melia went first which was odd. She missed very noticeable, she's getting reckless. The whole fight she let the girl hit her, come on Melia you know you can do this. Screw it "Melia!!" I yelled. It got her attention and everyone else's, except the teacher who could care less. "Stop holding back!" I yelled smiling. She looked at the ground, and let a smirk slip. Finally she took the fight seriously. The girl tried to land hits on her, Melia stopped her without even moving. She stayed in the same spot the rest of the fight, and won. The girl she fought was one of the strongest, yet she treated her like she was a warm up. I smile went on my face, she is something else. Me and Adam went to see her after, "Why did you hold back?" Adam asked. She didn't say anything at first, nor did I. She told me a little bit, which was enough for me. "My whole life, I wasn't treated like a person. The people I was with before would want me to hurt people, to kill them" she said. "I always refused, I don't fight unless it's necessary like out on the field, but I never and will never kill. I was just reminded of my past back there that's all. I'm ok" she continued. The way she spoke, sounded sad, no. Pain, it sounded like pain. Just who were these people? What did they- wait.

....she was experimented on, wasn't she.
I hade my fight, and won. So it was one last fight. Me, against Melia. That isn't shocking, but still, I don't know who will win.
No one's p.o.v
Melia and Mason went on the field ready to fight each other. Melia looked upset, she doesn't want to fight him. Mason went at her first, and kept doing it till he got a hit. She was on the ground for a second, then used one of her legs to trip him. He just laughed and got up, the fight kept going, no one really knows who could win, it was a debate among the students. There was so much smoke from their fire it was hard for anyone to see what was happening. Melia was about to hit Mason when she heard his voice, but his mouth wasn't moving. "Your not a bad fighter" is what she heard. This really confused her, but he just chuckled. Before Melia knew it, he was right at her face about to land a hit, shockingly she ducked under his arm then elbowed him in the back with fire on her elbow. He was shocked she was able to move so quickly. "I don't like fighting, let's end this already" Melia said. Her whole body was set on fire with her eyes turning red. Mason knew that meant she was going to over heat after this, but since she was giving her all, so did he. Both of them were covered in fire, the students said that he looked like the devil. They went towards each other with the intention of hitting one another. The blast was so big that everyone had to duck down so they wouldn't get hit by anything that came with the blast. After the smoke cleared, people were ready to see one of them on the ground, but they were both still standing. They were panting and were very weak, both fell at the same time. It was the first tie ever to happen, they were equals. "You did good" Mason said to Melia exhausted. Before Melia could respond, she past out.
