"You guys, JULIA GOT INTO THE GOOD PLACE!"- Martha showed up crying of happiness-"I can't forking believe it, I'm finally going to have my happily ever after!
"SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!"- Stan hugged her new best friend. After years and years and Jearimy Bearimys of being roomates, they had become each other's safe place.
"I know Bill will be here soon."- she said in his hear.-"And I know he loves you aswell."
"He doesn't Martha, but thank you. We need to find our lovebirds. They had met with Sonia for lunch if I'm not mistaken?"
"Yeah they did, let's go."
Sonia had gotten into the Good Place just a few days before. She was completely changed and Freddie was guilty of that change. They joined Richie and Eddie for lunch and incredibly that went terribly well. Apart of Richie's jokes. Because most of them were about Sonia.
It had been so long and Richie and Eddie had done everything by now. They had visited every place in the world more than once, and as Richie would say they "banged the shirt out of each other" in every city.
Eddie would say they simply made love.
But they were happy. More than happy.
"Hey Eds"
Eddie turned his head to Richie:
"Do you ever think about leaving..? Like.. forever?"
"I don't know, sometimes. I feel like someday the day will come. When we do everything.."
"It's just.. this is perfect. I love being with you. I love you"- Richie held Eddie's hand.
"I love you too, Richie, you know that. But no, I will not marry you for the 34th time. I don't care if you want to get married 666 times, you're in HEAVEN, don't make these people send you to hell."
"Fine.. It was my afterlife dream..."- Richie pretended to be sad.
"Hey darlingsss"- Martha cheered
"You're too happy, what happened?"
"JULIA IS COMING!"
"Holy shirt happy for you! Straight people 0, gays 1!"- Richie yelled
Eddie hugged her tight and congratulated her and then they heard:
"Hey panini heads! Look who's here!"- Eleanor screamed and behind her there were Beverly, Ben and Mike.
They ran to each other and hugged and everything felt more than right. Except someone was missing. Bill was missing. He had died, Bill had died yes. But he was still in his test and he was so depressed Stan thought there would be no way he would make it to The Good Place. So he found himself kind of sad too.
"See Eds, we have to get married again, they're here now."
"I swear to the living God Richie!"- Eddie threatened but ended up smiling.
"YOU TWO ARE TOGETHER, FORK YES!!"- Beverly cheered!
"Double-wedding..?"- Ben said, putting himself in his knees asking: "Beverly Marsh, Will you marry me?"
"YES!"- Stan cried-"sorry, this was emotional.."
"YES!!!"- Beverly yelled and they kissed.
The group went to the bar and they chatted for hours, deciding the wedding dates and stuff. This was heaven after all so everything would be ready by the next day.
Richie and Ben stood at the altar, and Richie noticed how nervous Ben was:
"It's my 34th time marrying him. You end up getting used to it."
"Why 34 times Rich?"
"No idea at all.."- Richie looked around, pretending to have no idea what he was thinking about. Richie did love seeing Eddie in a suit in front of him saying how much he loved him and how much they were capable of for each other. That was one of the reasons. The other one just had to stay a secret otherwise he would probably be banished of The Good Place.
The song started to play. Richie looked at the door and so did Ben. Beverly and Eddie walked in, arm in arm and they only let go of each other to hold their soon-to-be husbands hand. Here they were again. For the 34th time.
"I can't wait to listen to your vows this time"- Eddie laughed.
"Shut up! They will be emotional.."- he smirked.
The cerimony proceeded and the moment came:
"Richie Tozier.. you've changed my life completely. And my afterlife. It's always been you, no matter how I tried to avoid it because you were a true asshole. But you went soft for me and I'm proud of it.. I'm proud of how far we've come and I expect to still be in your arms for the next thousand Jearimy Bearimys. You're the love of my life and my afterlife. There was never someone else and there will never be. You're IT for me."
"Bad choice of words, Eddie Bear..."- he winked.
"I love you Richie.."
"I love you too Eds.. More than you can ever imagine. My whole childhood, I wanted you. I wanted you to know how loved you were. How brave you were and you still are. You're forking amazing and I should have never banged your mom before I banged you.."
Eddie hit him: "THAT'S NOT FUNNY ANYMORE ASSHOLE!"
The whole church laughed.
"The thing is Eds.. Eddie Bear... Eddie Spaguetti, you're the best thing that has ever happened to me. And I couldn't imagine marrying someone else 34 times. Plus, your hot. Love you, Eddie."
They kissed, for the 34th time in that altar. But everytime they did it felt right and it felt like pure happiness. It was love. And it looked so cheesy but they were happy in each other arms. Nothing could ever break them from that moment on.
