Roy - Lee POV

Its been less than an hour since i started the fire at Tay's place. I know it was dead wrong to go this far and i have to admit my intention wasnt to burn down the entire apartment at all but i just wanted to show her what the consequences will be for crossing me. When i left the apartment multiple people saw me leaving therefore i cannot consider going home or to my parents house since this will be the first two places where the police will search once they try to find the guilty party. I have been sitting in a nearby park trying to clear my mind but all i could feel was my nervous getting worst by the minute, my heart felt as if it was in overdrive and sweat started to drip from my forehead. It was cold and warm all at the same time. Time seem to stand still. I finally made my mind up and decided to go to Blance's apartment ,maybe we could still make peace?

Tay POV

I felt so relieved as i leaving Blanche's apartment. I was finally honest about something for a change , usually i would have persuade the relationship with no shame or any regrets whatsoever. This time was different i felt the need to be honest and open and i have to admit it felt damn good it even made me smile to myself.
The road to my own place felt shortlived and very warm, maybe i was just walking a bit faster than usual. It was almost near summertime again and the trees started to bloom and form some sort of shade right at the top where all the branches of the different trees came together. Damn this was a beautiful view with the red velvet sky as the sun was setting ending another day.

As i got near my apartment the smell of heavy smoke started to invade my nostrils almost as if someone was burning tires in the area causing the heavy smoke to fill the air  to an extent where it seemed like you were nearby the fire. By now i was only one street away from my apartment. Eish i have to get inside soon because my tummy started to tell another story and plus i was thinking of the left over pizza in the fridge.
Finally i got to my street and i suddenly notice the stranges thing, usually our street is so quiet you can hear the bird chirping and the wind moving through the tree branches. Tonight was a different  story. I noticed the flames coming from one of the apartments , it formed a huge flame on the rooftop and the flames was also coming through the windows i could hear the fire siren as the fire truck was fast appoaching the apartment building. Most of the neighbours started to gather water in bottles, hug buckets and just about anything they could find to try and stop the fire because this was a cruel fire and it was fast and speedily spreading to the nearby apartments. I heard one of the nearby neighbours shouting my name saying " Tay help help come quick your apartment is on fire".

I felt as if i was in a movie scene where everybody was moving and running furiously around me and i was merely an observer waiting for the fire to stop at any given moment. I was brought back to reality as i felt the neighbour grab me by the arm shouting word which did not register in my brain because all i saw was moving lips but not hearing a word she was saying to me. My knees went numb at that moment in time as realization hit me flat in the face. This was my apartment which was on fire!!! OMG!!!
My mind went completely blank and i started to run to a nearby tap filling jugs and containers with water and just about anything i could find, just minutes after i carried a few of these container to the fire and trying amongst al the helping neighbours to stop the fire i realized this was no longer a fire which could be stopped by small amounts of water. I dropped to my knees and started to cry so damn hard in my hands that i swear the God's above could hear me crying and screaming why the fuck just why??? I have worked so hard for everything i have.

The fire truck finally arrived in what felt like forever. By the time the fire department had done their job and everybody finally went home i was left with no furniture or a place to sleep, everything i have worked so hard for was distroyed in the flames.

It left me only with one question repeatly singing in my head like a broken record:

Who could have done this ? And why?
