I was busy looking for yaya, when muddan came with another guy who he introduced as hameed, I finally sighted yaya talking to a 'lady',

I excused myself and ran from there, I reached there.

"Yaya can I talk to you plz?"

The shapeless amoeba gave me a stupid look,

"Can't you see he is busy" the amoeba said making her voice tiny,

"Yaya Mana plz" i ignored her, while Yaya ignored as if I wasn't talking to him,

"Let's leave Maryam" Yaya said, he was about to go when I dragged him back,

"Yaya" I muttered the best puppy face I could, he just removed his hands from mine,

He just left with that shapeless amoeba.

I hissed and left that place, what made me more angry is that, I was going to apologise for what is not my fault,

It was time to leave, I entered the the front seat,yaya said I should go to the backseat, Maryam is sitting there.

I quietly went out of the car, I didn't enter the back seat , I just left the car, babah and ammiey left already.

"Ruu, ruuu where are you going" ya faheem come running to me, he held my hand and I yanked it away.

"Keh, which kind of stupidity is that, come and enter the car before I slap you" Yaya said coming out of the car,

I turned and said
"Bismillah, I'm use it ai"

"Ruu plz just come let's go home"

"Leave me alone faheem"

"Ruu what is wrong with you?!"

I know it was disrespectful to call his name just like that but I couldn't control myself, the anger is getting over me,

I ran as fast I could, ya faheem followed me calling me.

"Ruuu, watch out"

I turned my head to see a car coming with full speed, the last I heard was,

"Don't leave me Noor"

And darkness took me away.

Third person's pov

Everyone at the bulama's resident was crying over the lost of their beloved,

When the news reached hajiya zulaiha, she fainted.

Omar Farouk wasn't himself since he received the news,

Alhaji Ahmad Bulama couldn't take it, he broke down in front of his children.

Sameer and sadiq came back, the moment they heard the sad news,

Indeed Allah is great!!.

The corpse was brought out after the ghusl bath, the men prayed at the an-nur mosque in wuse 2, and they buried the dead body at gudu cemetery.

At home

Hajiya zulaiha is still unconscious, fatimah her daughter locked herself inside her room.

Knock knock

"Who is it?" Fatimah yeld,

"Faheem"

"Come in"

When faheem went inside Fatima was unable to hide her tears,she broke down, her bestfriend left her, her favorite person, the one she loves more than herself.

"Shhhh tee, stop crying, crying won't help, she needs our prayers kinji??"  Fatimah nodded at what her brother told her,

"Tee I'm going to Yaya's room wanna join" faheem asked her

"No" she replied

"Come on teetmerh na" that was what she calls her always, I burst into another set of tears,

"Shhhh haba stop crying and let's go".

Faheem dragged his sniffing sister to their elder brother's room Yaya,

"Yaya, wake up",

"I wasn't sleeping faheem" his voice changed into something deep and scary.

"Yaya" fatimah ran to him and hugged him tight while he keep on whispering 'it's okay my love'.

"Yaya bring her back plz I can't live without her yaya please"

"Allah loves her more than we do zarah"

He was broken inside, he couldn't let them see that side of him, he has to be strong for his family, for daddy.

Omar Farouk told them some hadiths and Qur'an verses with their meaning,

"Yaya I want to sleep with you today, please" fatimah said pouting, Yaya kissed her cheeks and said okayyy.

Everyone retired to their respective rooms, fatimah and Omar Farouk were reminiscing moments when she was there with them.

Fatimah at last bid her brother good night.

"Hey good morning mi familia" Omar Farouk said sitting close to fadeel,

"Good morning Yaya" they said all together, he ruffled fadeel's hair.

"Come on babah,daddy please at least smile for me, it's been two months already" Omar Farouk said,

It's been two months since the death of their beloved family member.

"Taif, ashraf, fatimah,fadeel start eating right now" daddy stern voice roared around the dinning,

Everyone ate their breakfast, some went back to their room and some went to the parlour.

During those horrible days, the bulama's decided to live under the same roof, alot of things changed, Sameer and sadiq refused to go back, untill daddy made them understand.

They were watching news about the latest Corona virus that is spreading like wild fire,

"Ahhh I pray it won't enter Nigeria" fadeel said, everyone chuckled,

"Wlhi bah Nigerians are special creatures 😂😂"

"Ai kam"

They all laughed after how many days of mourning, MASHAALLAH is the only thing they could say.

"I'm coming" Omar Farouk said, he walked to the mini table where his father's phone is,he picked up,

What the person on the other side said made him happy with no boundaries.

"She's awake"

The reason I wrote about death was my family died not all please,

First was my nephew after 1 yr my grandma died after three days her sister some months later my granduncle seven days later my dad's cousin a yr later my other granduncle three days after his death my sister's father in law.
May Allah Grant them Al-jannatul firdaus 🙏❤️🖤.
