BACK AT REMMIES

remmie walks in to see a pissed off emily standing in the living room
"can you believe that prick just hung up on me" emily says right when remmie enters

"oh hi emily. nice to see you too. my date was good" remmie says sarcastically

"rem i'm being serious. i have to tell him something"

"who? and what?" remmie says placing her bag down and kicking off her all black converse

"cameron and.. something" emily says now obviously sad
"well... who did you go on a date with? do i know them?" emily says trying to change the topic

"yes you do know her actually.."

"oh who is it?"

"gina"

"oh shit. for real!!" em says excited because she's always known remmie had a crush of gina
"are you guys gonna have a second date"

"em.. that was are fourth date."

"WHAT"

"we actually just made it official tonight."

"oh m-" emily begins talking before she gets interrupted by her ringing phone

answering the phone she says "why did you hang up on me?"

"emily shut up and let me talk"

"no i thi-"

"noel tried to kill himself"

a chill went over her spine
she stopped breath
and a sharp pain went through her chest

"what..." emily says unsure if you heard that correct

"you need to get to the hospital like right now" cam says sounding so sad it's almost robotic

JADA TEXTS EMILY AND CAM

JADA~ "um hi so i just wanted to apologize about what happened a couple weeks ago"

as em enters the hospital feeling like a zombie with everything that's happened over the past few weeks
she feels her heart drop a little more when the smell of bleach fills her nostrils and the temperature drops a couple degrees

EM💅🏻~ "um hey cam where are you"

CAM🥰~ "just ask the front desk"

standing outside noels room unsure whether she should go in or not
she stops
taking in the horrible scene in front of her

cam crying while rubbing noels shoulder
noel laying on the hospital bed with closed eyes and white bandages wrapped up his forearms with multiple needles and tubs in his arm

"hey" em says walking in the room

no answer

"how is he" she asks again

"he will be okay" cam says not taking his eyes off the pale boy laying in the hospital bed

sitting down on the opposite side of him she says "why did he do it"

cam looks up staring emily deeply in the eyes before reaching down and grabing and piece of paper from his bag and handing it to her

"what this" she questions

"just read it. he left me one too." cam says before returning his eyes to noel

emily begins to open the letter but stops

"cam" emily says

"yeah"

"i'm sorry"

"for?"

"everything. the divorce. this. the pregnancy"

"brooke told you?" cam said looking up at the broken girl in front of him

"what?"

"brooke told you she's pregnant?" cam says truly unsure

"BROOKES PREGNANT" emily says unsure if she's happy or disappointed

"isn't that who you are talking about?"

"no.. i'm pregnant cam"

"fuck.." he says before running his long fingers through his slightly dirty red hair

"well i atleast i think i am.. i havent been to a doctor yet"

"you should go see a doctor"

"that can wait"
"did you get brooke pregnant?" em asks

"yeah."

"i guess you're gonna be a dad of two" em says trying to joke

"it's mine?" he questioned

"oh fuck.. i never even thought about that" em says cringing at the fact she doesn't even know who the father is

THE DOCTOR ENTERS

"hello you must be mr fishers husband. correct?" the doctor says pointing to cameron

"uh yeah" cam answers

"and you are?" he asks pointing to emily

"um.. wife, sorta" emily says back

"ok well mr and mrs fis-"

"emily. you can call me emily"

"ok well mr fisher should be waking up soon. we gave him some heavy sedation because we was definitely in pain" the doctor says
"but he should be okay."

the doctor exits the room

emily begins to open the piece of paper again and begins reading

i just thought i should tell you why.
you and cameron deserve to live together and be happy
and the only way you guys can truly be happy is if i'm not there anymore so i took the selfish and easy way out of it all.
i love you more then stars in the sky and i'm truly sorry for everything i have caused.
