Hailey flipped over an omelet, lookin back at her phone screen to read more reviews about the last movie she watched. Just when she turned off the fire and took out a plate, there was a knock at the door and she hurried to open it.

"Hey mom!" Hailey said with a smile and hugged Alice warmly. She went inside and Hailey's phone beeped from the kitchen. "I'll go see if it's important. Did you eat? I just made an omelet."

"Yes, I met Jacky for brunch and thought I'd come by. How are you?"

"Great," Hailey said and looked at her notifications. "This is My Life's director just texted me!" Alice's smile was wide and proud, she was excited about this role not less than Hailey.    

After putting all her passion and time into acting school, Hailey finally managed to take another step towards her dreams and got her first role in a tv series. She always loved the stage. Giving everyone a headache at nursery school with her original shows, reliving movie scenes in front of the mirror, it all characterized her.

This role doesn't have much screen time, but her neighbors had to get used to her screamings week after week, with every level she passed in the auditions, and obviously after she found out who she's going to play next to.

After she got the special phone call, and was invited for an audition with the actor who got to play her father, the other tenants in the building almost called the cops. Thankfully she had Alice over.

"Oh my God!!" She screamed and jumped excitedly.

"What happened?" Alice laughed, Hailey looked at her with gleamy eyes.

"Guess who's auditioning for the role of my dad?!" She asked and couldn't wait for an answer. "Ben Cooper!! Can you believe it?! I am going to act next to Ben Cooper!! Someone wake me up from this dream! I can't believe it!"

Even Alice opened her mouth in shock when she heard this. Hailey was a fan of Ben Cooper around middle school and high school. But it was more than that, she always appreciated his acting abilities, he always inspired her and she always tried to learn from him. In her eyes, he was a role model and the most talented actor she got to know.

'Know', well, if by knowing you mean watching every movie or tv show he ever played in and stalking him on social media, then she knows him pretty well.

She never imagined in her wildest dreams that she'll stand on the same stage next to Ben Cooper, or in this specific case on the same set. 'Gosh I hope this is not a dream and soon I'll wake up and cry from the rest of the week', she thought to herself.

"I've gotta call Jenny!" She smiled. Alice was in the living room while Hailey ran to her bedroom and rang her quickly. "Pick up... pick up... pick up..." She mumbled with every beep.

"Hello?"

"You will not believe this!" Hailey shrieked.

"What happened?" Jenny asked with a sleepy voice, 'I probably woke her up from her nap', Hailey thought.

"Remember the role I'm auditioning for?"

"How can I forget? Four screens long message, and hours long phone calls." Jenny chuckled and made Hailey laugh.

"Guess who I'm about to do a matching audition with." Hailey said, jumping around a little and this time waiting for her to answer.

"Uh... I don't know?"

"Come on just guess! It's easy. Here's a hint, I'm a pretty obsessed fan."

"No way." Jenny said, her voice was more alert by now.
