Chapter 1

Andra's pov

"But daaaad I don't wanna go" " well you're going so dill with it" I gave him a why do you hate me look and walked .back up to my room to get ready to go. I pack my stuff you know. grabbing all of my clothes and stuffing them *trying to at least*in to the one bag. " andra don't forget to get dressed" yelled my mom " ok mom".

I picked up the clothes that I left out last night to wear today which I was suppose to go to my boyfriends house to hang out but I guess I can't do that now can I stupid dad and his road trips.

I put on the high wasted shorts and crop top that says reckless wolf on it .the shirt stopped little under where my bra band was , the shorts had black studs on them and four little black chains from my back pocket to my front one.after checking how I looked in the mirror I brushed my hair and put it up in to a ponytail leaving two small pieces of hair out letting it complement my bangs.

I ran down stares and brushed my teeth and grabbed a few tubes of tooth paste to bring on the trip. "hey mom ask dad if he hooked up the trailer yet " "ok honey ".

I walked into are garage and grabbed a suitcase to but my wolves food ,chew toys, squeaky toys, treats ect.

"Andra why did you ask if I had hooked up the trailer " my dad said to me as I was getting the last few things for the wolves together "I asked because how else was shadow going to come with use " I said while zipping the bag "shadows not coming with use " he said "your clearly mistaken if you think I'm going to leave my horse behind!" I said raising my voice " there might not be room for her " " You said might so she's going ,ok" "fine" he said knowing he wouldn't win this argument.

I slipped my all black Converse hightops on and walk to the stables. I grab a lead and walk to shadows stall "hey girl were going on trip" I said softly to shadow . i opened the stall door and hooked the lead to her halter
And walked her to the trailer.

After I put shadow in the trailer. I went over the list of stuff that we needed for shadow for the trip.

"Ok dad you ready" I said looking down at my clip board "yeah go ahead" "*head bumper,shipping boots or wraps,tail bandages, stable sheet, leather or breakway halters, lead ropes, ties, jack for trailer, tail bag/wrap, spare tire, jack, manur fork , emergency phone numbers, trailer first aid kit ,stored water and buckets, bridles, bits, saddles, saddle pads, cinches/girths, leg wear, approved maringales, spare stirrups and leather, breast plates,halter and lead line plus spare, horse blanket and cooler ,hay and other feed ,equine first-aid kits, treats,stall guards and screw eyes* ok so do we got all that" I said still looking at the clip board "yep we got it " "ok so now let's go over the grooming supplies" " andra I still need to pack are stuff in the truck " he said tired of going over lists " well you can do that after " I said looking up at him and then back down at the board "ready " "sure" he's said slightly annoyed " ok fly spra-aaaaaaaaay" I screamed filling someone rap there hands around my waste "hey no need to scream it's just me babe" said Isaac my bf .

*He is the best boy friend ever*.
" What are you doing here " I asked him " oh faith wanted to see you before you left " "How did , but I didn't , and " "your mom called and told me " "oh ok" ( stupid mom making me look dumb)

"Andra!" Faith screamed out with excitement. "faith" the little girl that I had just met not to long ago was getting so big. " Andra it's been so long since I seen you" faith said with excitement. I raised one eyebrow " We saw each other two days ago"

" I know but that's so long, that 48 hours that's 2,880 minutes and that's 172,800 seconds " my eyes got wide as she rambled on about how many hours and seconds we hadn't seen each other. she's 7 and she is better at math than I'll ever be, like seriously " how do you now all this faith" I asked impressed at how much she knows " it's simple math Andra " she said in a duh tone "simple that's not simple for a kid in middle to high school yes but for a kid in second grade no"

"I'm going into 5th grade thank you very much" she said crossing her arms. " your only seven you should be going to third grade at the least" " Well they said I was so smart that I could skip to 5th grade." I turned to Isaac giving him a is this true look "yes it is and they said if she keeps this up that she will be able to finish middle school by the time she turns twelve" * WHAT THE WHAT am I hearing correctly *

" Andra it's time to go" my dad said right before he shut the door to the house. I had been so distracted that I didn't realize he had left and got ever thing packed up " Well I'll call you when we stop or something " " Ok I'll see you when you get back" he said smiling. i crouched down in front of faith to say my good bye "I'll see you soon And you keep up that good work" " I will don't worry" she said and I pulled her into hug.

I stood up and hugged Isaac and he kissed my forehead " be safe and don't pick fights like you always do" I stepped back " I do not, it's not my fault that some people piss me off and I beet them to a bloody pulp " " Haven't you ever heard of turn the other cheek or being the bigger person " I narrowed my eyes at him " fine I'll try to be the bigger person but if that doesn't work out I'll send you a pic with me and the dumb ass that made me mad "

He rolled his eyes and shook his head " andra hurry up I want to get there before I get old " my dad yell from the truck " I'm coming I'm coming sheash"
I turn back to the two " go on I'll call you later " I nodded my head and ran to the truck and hopped in.

I rolled down the window as my dad pulled off and stuck half my body out waving good bye to my mom, faith,and Isaac. they waved as well and Isaac started to run towards the truck for some reason. I stuck my head back in the car and urged my dad to stop the car . but he didn't he said he had a schedule that he planned to keep.

I put my head back out the window seeing that Isaac was catching up to the car. I have no Idea how but soon he was a few steps away from the car "andra here " he said handing me a medium sized box " What is this" I asked "you have to open it and see" he said before he started to slow down.

Soon he was no longer in my line of sight. I look down at the box and there was a little letter attached to it. I unfolded it and started to read .

Dear andra

Do not open this box until you get to you destination. though this might be hard for you to do I ask you to please do as told this once.

Well ok then. " I'm going to sleep dad" " you just woke up a few hours ago" "yeah and now I'm tired so good night " I Leaned the seat back and soon fell asleep.
