Chouko is now a year old. Me and sailing are starting to read her thoughts now. She says full sentences now and her pronunciation is flawless most of the time. It's almost like she's a grown woman now.
'Mommy!'
She yelled with the biggest smile. Unlike saiki and I, she's actually very happy at this age. When me and said were her age, we never smiled.
'Yes sweetie?'
'Pick me up please!'
She reached her arms up and I picked her up.
'Where is dada?'
Right after she said that the door opened and walked in Saiki.
'Dada!!!'
She shouted in excitement.
'Chouko!' Saiki held out his arms and I gave Chouko to him. 'How are you?' Chouko asked 'I wonderful chouko, thanks for asking'
'I drew something!' Chouko walked to the the kitchen table, that had erasers and led pincils on it, and picked up a sheet of paper. She handed us the drawing and we both gasped in shock

'I drew a picture of me! So you guys will never forget me!'
I started to tear up while Saiki picked up chouko and started praising her.
'I am so proud of you chouko!'
Chouko reached for the gummy's on the shelf and I gave them to her. We heard a knock on the door and I answered while Saiki was holding Chouko. 'T-teruhashi'
"Hey Y/n" she said with slight guilt. "Hey Teruhashi, what brings you here?" I ask. "I just wanted to apologize for the hell I've given you for the past years" "thank you and I accept your apology but Saiki is the one you really should be apologizing to, not me" I let her in the house and walked her to the kitchen.
"Hey Saiki" teruhashi said lightly. She then spotted Chouko in Saiki's arms and her eyes lit up. "Is this you and Y/n's child?! Oh wow she's so cute!"
'Did teruhashi just day oh wow to someone but herself?'
'Seems so'
I cleared my throat to let teruhashi know that this was not what she was here for. She took and the hint. "I just came here to apologize to you, not only was it unfair to Y/n but I also didn't consider your feelings and I'm sorry Saiki" she did a bow but Saiki told her to get back up. 'I accept your apology Teruhashi, you were young just like me and Y/n, we all made mistakes in the past'
"Well I have to get going now, thank you" and just like that she left.
'She has really changed over the past 10 years, I'm proud of her' I said, kissing saiki's cheek. 'Mommy, who was she?' Chouko asked 'someone from high school sweetie' Chouko had the biggest smile on her face.
