England's first game of the World Cup was against Tunisia at Volgograd Arena. The game was drawing to an end as Olivia sat next to Ruby and Lucia, Marcus's girlfriend, in the VIP box for WAGs. Even though she wasn't anyone girlfriend or partner she was allowed in with her friends.
Jesse has made a deal with her the night before the game while they were on a FaceTime call. He said if he scored in today's game then Liv would have to go on a date with him. Now Liv didn't know much about soccer but she knew that if Jesse was good enough to be on the national team then he was good enough to score. But she still agreed.
But as the clock struck 90 minutes and injury time began, the odds of that happening had become very slim. It was currently a draw at 1-1, with Harry Kane having scored for England 11 minutes into the game.
Trent stole the ball from a Tunisia forward and it was quickly moved up the field as the last 2 minutes of injury time wore away.
Jesse received the ball in the penalty box from Harry Kane and with one quick strike of his foot, the ball soared through the air and past the Tunisian goalkeeper and into the top right corner of the net.
The United player ran towards the side of the field where the girls were sat. He pointed up at the brunette haired girl and winked at her, and she knew exactly what he meant by it.
She smiled in response as the boys jumped on Jesse's back congratulating him for his first goal in the World Cup 2018, therefore pulling him away from looking at the brunette.

Footballer's Gossip
Manchester United and England midfielder Jesse Lingard scored his first official goal in the FIFA World Cup earlier today in the Lions' clash against Tunisia.
But what caught Lingard's fans' attention more was the footballer's recent Instagram post which showed a picture of Lingard celebrating his goal with the caption 'A deal's a deal😘' where influencer Olivia Harris commented saying how she was 'true to her word'.
It was also revealed that Olivia posted a picture on her Instagram hours prior to the England game with the same caption as the midfielder did.
Speculations have blown up regarding the status of the pair, and what exactly this deal is they are both referring too.
Many think that Lingard has asked the influencer to be his girlfriend while others think it is another date following the date the pair had in Manchester in the weeks prior to flying out to Russia for the World Cup.
