Valentina P.O.V
"How did I never notice his last name?" I fall back on Callie's bed with Her laughing at me.
"I mean he freaking lives in my old room." I laugh staring at the white ceiling.
"He only moved to town three days ago Val." She adds closing her science book loudly.
"He's my boyfriends brother." I sigh creasing my eyebrows.
I'm so confused on why Dylan never told me he had a younger brother. I questioned how they got separated.....my brain is in overload.
Shut the fuck up.
"You also like him Val." She announces making me looking directly at her. I scoff and roll my eyes. I didn't like him and I couldn't.
"So have you thought about the baby?" She asks grabbing the popcorn bag.
Of course I thought about the baby. Dylan would kill me and I was nearing two months. I tried to bring up the baby, but every time I didn't. The only people who knew where my mom, Callie, Luka and probably my dad.
"No I haven't." I lie shaking my head and put on a fake smile.
"You can't hide under black long t-shirts forever." She sighs leaning on her hand.
"I know, I just need time before I tell him." I shrug my shoulders and look out at the black sky.
"Dylan is here." I announce seeing bright white lights pull up the driveway.
"Oh I'll come say hi-." I cut her off mid sentence.
"No he probably just wants to get home from working at the cafe." I say putting my book bag around my arm.
"Okay." She hesitated saying.
"I'll see you tomorrow." I smile walking to the front door downstairs.
Once I run to the car Dylan smiles watching me sit down in the seat. The car was warm and comfortable, but it was uncomfortable.
"How was ur date?" He sarcastically asks laughing backing up the car.
"It was good." I chuckle making sure to cover my little bump.
"You seem uncomfortable." He adds grabbing ahold of my soft hand.
"No I'm just tired." I smile over at him.
Truth was I am uncomfortable. I am pregnant and he doesn't know. If he found out he'd kill me-literally and I couldn't do that.
I was going to get rid of this baby my mind said. The baby doesn't need all this drama. First I needed to get away and had to come up with a plan fast. Though I had a gut feeling he would find out.
"Okay." He sighs and takes his hand away putting it on the steering wheel.
The rest of the ride was good. Not one of us had an argument, we were left with comfortable silence.
"So what are we having for dinner?" I ask grabbing a pot from inside the oven.
Dylan came up and wrapped his hand around my waist. I ignored him and continued to put butter in the pan. Once he reached to turn off the stove was when I stopped ignoring him.
"Baby." He whispers pushing my hair away from my neck.
"Not tonight Dylan." I say trying to push his hand away from my waist.
"Come on." He says pushing me harder into the stove.
"Stop it." I say a bit louder and cover my stomach with my one of my hands.
"You never turn it down." He says turning me around to face him.
"I know you want to." He adds kissing behind my ear. I scoff under my breath and push him across the room away from me.
"What the fuck?!" He yells wrapping his hand around my throat.
"I don't want to have sex tonight." I shutter looking him in the eyes.
"I always have to push you to do everything now don't I Val?! I'm going out." He announces grabbing his keys and slamming the door shut.
That's when I let the tears fall down my face. I turn the stove back on to continue making the scrambled eggs.
I took a deep breath in and out before eating. I ended up having three servings of eggs before I was full.
I rubbed my stomach and threw on a big t-shirt that didn't fit me. I laid on the bed and tucked myself under the covers hiding everything.
"You know what fuck you!" I here from outside the locked door.
I laid on my side and shut my eyes promising myself I'll get out of here one day.
