3RD PERSON POV
After Y/n told Uraraka of what had recently happened in her life, Uraraka tried to come up with a plan to help her friend. They eventually settled on getting Earphone Jack with someone else. However, they had to do this within 2 weeks. In 2 weeks, Y/n and Momo would get married and it could be canceled at any moment.

Chapter 5: Matchmaker

"Are you sure it'll work?" Y/n asked her friend.
"It has to! Momo will become sad and then you can swoop in and comfort her! Hopefully, she ends up liking you!" Uraraka smiled.
"That sounds a little...evil...don't you think?" Y/n asked her.
"Well...you wanted me to help. That's all I can really think of. Now where's my mochi!?"
"Here." Y/n chuckled nervously and gave her friend a bag filled with the sweet dessert.
"Now who do we get Earphone Jack with?" Y/n thought aloud.
"Mmph Abmph Kamphinahi?"
Y/n looked at her friend who had her mouth stuffed with mochi. Uraraka quickly swallowed.
"What about Kaminari?"
"Who?" Y/n hadn't gone to U.A. like her friend thus she didn't know anyone that'd gone there besides Uraraka herself and Momo.
"I mean...Pro Hero Chargebolt."
"Oh. Why him though?" Y/n asked curiously.
"They used to be real close back in U.A." Uraraka replied.
"I guess that could work. Why don't you call him and get them both to meet up?" Y/n asked.
"Yeah, good idea." Uraraka got out her phone and called Kaminari.
"Hello?"
"Hey, Kaminari-kun, it's Uraraka. I have to ask you something."
"What is it?" Kaminari asked.
"Do you still like Jiro-chan?"
There was silence.
"W-Why would you ask that?!" Kaminari sounded flustered.
"So you do! I can help you get together with her." Uraraka grinned.
"I...fine. How do I...get with her?"
Uraraka smiled and looked at Y/n and gave her a thumbs up before telling Kaminari to expect a package in a few days.
"Alright. This should work." Uraraka smiled.
"That wasn't what I had in mind but hopefully it works." Y/n looked skeptically at her friend.
"It'll work! Trust me!"
"What was the whole package thing about anyway?" Y/n asked.
"It'll have an earpiece device so that we can communicate with Kaminari when he's with Jiro!" Uraraka grinned.
"You sound like you've done this before..." Y/n raised a brow at her friend.
"Nope! Never have." Uraraka smiled and began walking away.
"Wait for me! You still have to explain the rest!" Y/n jogged to her friend.
"Alright," Uraraka sighed.
"It's basic really. We just tell Kaminari what to do to get Jiro. That's it." She finished.
"That doesn't really sound simple." Y/n deadpanned.
"Trust me. We can do this! We'll make them a match, I guarantee it!" Uraraka grinned.
