Zombie Apocalypse (Chaennie)

Chapter 5

            Chaeyoung has been staring at the ceiling of the minibus for 1 hour just remembering the past, He was so mad and frustrated that he can change it, so he tries to forget it rather than accepting and also tries to blame himself for the tragedy that he experience. Chaeyoung continues to self-hate himself with he hears a sound the bus.

Knock......knock.... knock....

Chaeyoung immediately wipes he's eyes to get rid of the tears he made and tries to compose himself and then walk out to open the door of the bus and their he saw a child a 10 – 11 year old child looking up and stare at him in the eyes, He was reminding again of the cat eyed girl who he loves in the past.

"Mister you know you can't park here" said the cat eyed child with a little bit pout in her lips.

"Sorry little girl I did not know that" Chaeyoung replied with a smile on his face, that smile was the first smile he had shown in 25 years include where the world was in facing an apocalypse.

"I'm not a little girl mister I am a big girl" The child replied whining at him for calling her a little girl.

"when my sister is here you are so dead" The child talked again and rolled her eyes at him, and Chaeyoung just chuckle. He got off the minibus and kneeled his right knee to match the girl's height talk to her.

"okay okay little miss" when he said that he got a sharp look that made him shallow his saliva.

"opps okay big miss" he said "what do you want from me then" He asked and look around to see and to know where the mother and father of the child and when saw nothing he look at the child again and saw that she was about to cry. Chaeyoung panicked as to why the child is about to cry.

"hey why are crying?" he softens he voice and trying to calm the girl up but instead the opposite happened, and the child cried hard.

"big miss come on why are you crying" Chaeyoung really tried hard to calm the girl up so he hugs her instead and hum a little melody then caress the head of the child. The child was calming down and stops to cry and instead of moving away from Chaeyoung the child hug him tightly.

"I'm sorry mister I just.......... I just suddenly miss my mother when you called me big miss" hearing that Chaoyang's gaze softens and look at the little child hugging him.

"In that case do you want me to apologize for making you remember your mother?" Chaeyoung asked but the child just shake her head and removes herself from him.

"It's okay mister I was actually glad you called me that" the girl said, she moves her hand to offer for a handshake and says.

"I'm Ella Gross"
