I was waken up by the sound of my phone. I grabbed my phone by my nightstand and seeing it was Josh so I answered it
"M-Mull.."
"Josh what's wrong..?"
"N-Nightmare.."
"About someone or something taking me away from you?"
"N-no..."
"Joshy?"
"Y-Yea?"
"Tell the truth"
"I-it was about this evil girl and she made you fall in with her and you two got married-"
"Josh. It's just a dream"
"I know but-"
"Do you want to FaceTime until you fall asleep?"
"Y-Yes"
I FaceTimed Josh and smiled softly when he answered
"I'm here now Josh"
"I-it's still not the same as actually being in the same room as you"
"You say that everytime."
"W-whatever"
"With that tone, I'm gonna hang up"
"N-no! Please"
"I was joking"
"G-Good"
I heard him squeak when his cat hopped onto the bed
"Ah yes, the power of the cat that I send to you every night"
I heard a laugh from Josh as he pulled his cat close. I blushed when I saw he was wearing my hoodie
"I guess you were right when you said that your girl always looks nice dressed in your oversized hoodie the next morning"
"M-Mully!"
"What? You are right"
"It's comfy and it smells like you"
"You literally grabbed it when you had the nightmare, didn't you?"
"Yes.."
"Aw. Soft boy Josh getting all blushy, huh?"
He stuck his tongue out and covered his face
"Dork"
"F-fuck you"
"Fuck you too"
He uncovered his face and took the hoodie off. He got up and put it away after smelling. He laid back down and pulled the covers over him. He closed his eyes
"Joshy?"
"Huh?"
He opened his beautiful ocean blue eyes and smiled softly
"I love you."
"I love you too, Mully"
I smiled softly and pulled my phone close to my face, kissing the screen
"You wish you could kiss me right now don't you?"
"Maybe"
"You do"
"Yep"
I heard a yawn from Josh and smiled softly when he closed his eyes.
"Go to sleep now"
"Will you stay the call?"
"Yes"
He nuzzled into his pillow and started to fall asleep
I laid my head down and pulled the covers over me, falling asleep as soon as I did

As soon as Mully started snoring, I fell asleep. My cat laid next to me, fast asleep. I slept peacefully knowing that Mully was there if I needed him. I had a feeling Mully also slept peacefully

Ever since that call, we now fall asleep on call now and don't hang up until both of us wake up.
